So I got my phone fixed and Ive had it for a week or so and its still strong. These guys had it for 2 weeks but now its good as new. I definitely recommend their services, they know what there doing and have amazing customers service.

Just incredible. Im a techie guy, I can usually fix my own stuff, Ive built several PCs, but I had a graphics issue that no info online could help me resolve, and my laptop camera wasnt working after a screen replacement, so I took it in to Anthony. Within 5 minutes he has solved my graphics issue that had been bugging me for a year, and after he day with my laptop he got the built in camera working. I was about ready to buy a new laptop and he made it so I actually like mine a lot again. Dude is so legit, and an all around good person too. The world could use more Anthonys

My husband found this place and we initially came to get a screen protector for my new iPhone 13 pro and left with an awesome phone case and screen protector. I then brought in my old laptop of which they removed the hard drive and drilled for me (see photo) and then e-recycled everything!!!!! The staff here are awesome and definitely know what their doing. We will definitely be regular customers and I highly recommend them for your eWaste and tech repair needs.

I dont see any Nintendo Switch reviews so Ill be first. I brought in both my switches for docking issues and charging issues. They immediately new the problem with both. After a week they advised that both were fixed. When I picked them up they advised to only use Nintendo Chargers on the Consoles. They found out that the Docking issues was going to be another $90 to fix and recommend enjoying playing handheld. I agreed because i dont need to play on the T.V. They help me alot and will be back more services

My wife had multiple good experiences here with iPad screen replacements under the previous ownership, but we recently heard it changed hands, so we were hoping things are still good. Thankfully I had a great experience having them replace my broken iPhone 12 screen. They did it promptly, and even politely dealt with some extra issues my phone had. My main concern was having TrueTone work after the repair, and they were able to do that perfectly. The tech who did the repair was very accommodating and polite, and he had my repair done in less than a half hour. Very happy!

Fixed my phone in about 2.5 hours. (Broken back glass on iPhone) They didn’t have the black back (yay me!) but they had other colors and I got yellow and I absolutely love it! So win win! I would totally go back.

Poor costumer service skills among the employees. My hubs found this place when I busted my screen. Was quoted less than 100 to fix it(on the phone). But when we brought it in person it was over 100 so we left the store. Like 10 -15 mins later my hubs, got a phone call. Saying the that the one employee had misunderstood. I think that costumer shouldnt be the one to suffer because of the employees lack of communication skills. We went back for what we were quoted which was less than $100.Update: They werent even able to fix my damaged phone. They gave us a full refund, which is very much appreciated! 😁

I brought my Nintendo Switch OLED in because I knocked off a resistor while doing some soldering on the board. When I came into the store I was greeted right away and they checked out if the board was fixable or not, and they said it was. I provided the part myself and they did the work of installing it back on the board. Brought it back home and reassembled everything and was relieved to see that the switch was working perfectly again. Very knowledgeable and friendly people working in there. The price was actually very reasonable too compared to anyone else around. Would absolutely recommend these guys!

Definitely recommend Love 2 Fix for anyone who needs electronic repairs! I got my SD card slot on my Nintendo switch fixed few months back. I also just got my Taptic Engine replaced on my iphone. I should start by saying I had a special Braille machine and a button popped off of it!! If I had sent it to the original company. I’m sure I would’ve have spent more money. They actually got in contact with the company, even though it took them a while I couldn’t believe they got in contact with them. I’ve always heard that the company was hard to get a hold of, so I was a little surprised by that. They are very friendly and patient!! As someone else said in maybe mini reviews but I only saw one. It is definitely worth the money. I had tried another company and they wouldn’t even bother fixing it for me so even if you have special equipment, they will definitely work with you to get it fixed.!! so save your self, the headache, the heartache, and the worry and go to them first!!

These guys are the best! I was so impressed by the price, quality and great customer service in this place! My kiddos always take my phone therefore repairing cracked screen is nothing new to me. This time I went in because my daughter dropped my phone and it was not displaying anything, plus the screen was cracked. I went to few other places before where I was charge unreasonable amount of money for repair and for a cheap plastic screen protector, I hated it ! Here my great experience started when I called there. The owner/manager was so helpful, he gave me a quote that was very reasonable and said it could be fixed in 30 min. When I got there everyone was so chill and nice. You can tell they have pros working there )) they fixed my phone in no time. I walked out with brand new looking phone. They were able to retrieve all my data off a drive that crashed. They were also able to fix a tablet that everyone told me was unfixable. They also sold me a nice computer at a reasonable price. The customer service is awesome, very helpful and friendly. I keep coming back... Obviously!Update. Came back again and best customer service as always!! Brought in some old phones to trade in also and some electronics to donate. Got set up with the newest screen protector which is amazing!! Its made out of a special vinyl that doesnt crack when it got hit with a wrench. The glass screen protectors I used before always cracked and I had to keep buying new ones!! They even have a video to show you the amazing difference!! Reasonable priced at $40 lifetime warranty as long as you dont pull it off and throw it away, bring damaged or peeling protector with you. Cant wait to come back shortly with my sons phone who needs this even more than I do!! Thanks so much for all you do love to fix!!

This is the place to come and have your stuff fixed. I went to a place in Howe to fix my 2017 iPad and they took probably 40 bucks for diagnostic ending up telling me to just buy a new one. Here in this shop fixed my iPad and charged me with unbelievable price. Now Im able to use my iPad. Im bringing all my stuff here.

Customer service asked me if I was the one that called for a power bank, I said yes and he showed me a brand new power bank although the capacity on it wasnt what I was looking for so I asked if they had any used ones and sure enough not even a minute later customer service found me a used power bank with the greater capacity

If I can give 10 plus stars this place was amazing. I called up spoke to Andrew told him I could not unlock my phone. He said sure just come on down and that they would take a look at it. Sorry if this is a little long but this shop is fantastic. MY cell phone went dead and I had insurance on it, but with a deductible. I went thru 3 days of phone calls and run around with them trying to get them to replace the battery and see if that fixed the issue (this would be free under my plan). No all they would do was send me a refurbished replacement phone, after I paid the $200 deductible and sent them my broken phone. They could not say what kind of phone it would be. I like my old phone and did not want to change it, but I was stuck unless I wanted to fork out $800-$1200 for a new phone. I found Love 2 Fix on line and went into the shop.Immediately upon talking to Chris I felt better and knew I had found a better solution and felt much better. Everyone in the shop was professional and very helpful. Chris was super knowledgeable not only about phones and electronics but also about the insurance companies for these cell phone carriers. Once my phone was fixed (for less than my deductible) my cell phone carrier started having trouble activating it back onto my account. I went back into Love 2 Fix and Eric helped me call into the cell company, get a real person on the phone, provided me with all the crazy numbers off my phone that the cell phone guy kept asking for. The process took a long time and Eric stayed at least a half hour after he was supposed to get off just to make sure I could get the phone activated properly.So just to summarize, the employees and work done by everyone at Love 2 Fix was awesome and greatly appreciated by me. After years of paying into an insurance plan, all they would do was charge me a deductible just to send me a refurbished phone. In the future rather than pay $20-$40 a month for phone insurance I will just put away a few dollars when I can and if I have an issue I will just take it in to Love 2 Fix.

The entire staff from Jeff and Eric and Stephannie are consummate professionals. They have fixed my cell phones several times when I needed a new screen. When my LG K51 phone ringer would not ring or vibrate Jeff got it to work by researching LG. They are very knowledgeable and helpful and I would highly recommend that if you need any electronic device repaired that you have them do it. Accolades to a well ran small business. The owner of Love 2 Fix is amazing. I had my phone fixed at another phone repair shop in Arden Mall called Custom cases and the phone screen they replaced my phone with was defective. The screen completely turned black within two and half weeks later. When I went back into the Arden store they said that I would have to pay for a another replacement. Although it clearly states on their vendor policy as well and the store policy that there is a warranty but Custom Cases defense was that it isnt covered because it has physical damage.( mind you my phone had no physical damage they just claimed that it was). Warranty does not cover the phone screen if there is physical damage. I went home and called other repair shops and Love2fix was the most helpful. The owner Chris went out of his way to diagnose my phone as well as guiding me for facts to take back to the Arden store. He diagnosed my phone with no physical damage and I was able to take it back and have it replaced with a higher quality screen for free. Chris had no obligation to help me but he did anyway. Not only did he diagnose my phone but he also wrote a statement of fact to take back to the other store to have my phone fixed under warranty for free. He was kind and helpful and I am extremely grateful.

Went in originally for a water damage repair and a new screen for iPhone X. Just a few weeks after that, the phone was dropped from a modest height and the OLED screen broke, so I brought it in for repair. Since the OLED behind the front glass broke, it voided the warranty so I paid for a full new screen again. I thought this was just an unfortunate mistake and I was given a new screen that was “less likely to break internally” to avoid this problem in the future. Then within a few weeks, the phone fell less than 1 foot from a low coffee table (with a case) at home and the OLED screen broke in the same way, just the internals and not the physical glass leaving the screen flashing and unusable. I thought that this was strange to happen so often since the proprietary iPhone X screen can survive much worse damage and not exhibit the same flashing screen. After one final screen replacement, the phone screen broke again a few weeks later after another less than 1 foot “drop” on to my foot (with a sock). This phone has been through 3 screens, their special $35 vinyl screen cover, and over $200 of repairs and it still breaks far too easily. I would not be writing this review if I thought that the degree of the drop was equal to the amount of damage on the screen. I understand that phones are delicate pieces of technology, but an iPhone should not have the be coated in bubble wrap for fear of breaking at the slightest impact. We will be going to other iPhone repair shops from now on.

Will never give them by business again.The business owner is a cheap clown that wouldnt replace a faulty screen that fell under the warranty. He claimed he could not fix my blacked out screen after dropping it once. He doesnt care at all about customer satisfaction. He will steal your money if you let him. I live in Michigan and used to live in fair oaks and was close with Christopher love, we were great friends. We lost contact after I moved but I saw he had a few reputable repair shops, so I got ahold of him, and hes shipped me many orders . Ive gotten galaxy bud pros, 2 second Gen airpods, and airpod pros. They have all come in a matter of days, with the best prices. You cannot beat his prices. Ive bought brand new and refurbished and everything Ive bought has been 100 percent in perfect condition. I was dumb and managed to get my sim card stuck in my phone, and then managed to break the sim card tray with the card still in the phone.I brought it to these guys and they were very helpful. Upon mentoning I like to take things apart they invited me into the back and let me take the back off my phone (which I managed without breaking it) and checked that it was just the sim tray that needed replacing. They retrieved my sim card and put my phone back together and didnt charge me a dime.The guys were friendly and helpful and explained everything clearly. Hopefully I will not be breaking things again, but if I manage to ruin any other electronics Ill definitely be bringing them here.

I dropped off a tape deck and a printer and paid for two diagnostic charges . The Technician called and gave me a quote of $120 and I said OK, technician called back later and told me it was going to be $60 more. At that price I couldn’t make any profit on an eBay sale and then I told him to forget the printer that they haven’t started. When I called up to stop by to pick up the products, it seems they went ahead and did the diagnostics on the printer, even when I told him not to, i guess when you give them money they’re going take it. When I picked up the products they did not give me any type of receipt or diagnostic notes. I have the letter they sent me an email with small notes regions. Not good. Never again

The charging port in my BlackBerry broke. It took about 8 days to repair due to shipping time on the new part. More frequent status updates would be appreciated. At one point, a message was left on my voicemail about status and that did no good - obviously. Otherwise, I am very happy with the service and price and glad to have my phone back! Thank you.

I got my iPhone back screen replaced and front screen repaired. The back glass was replaced very badly! You can see the black glue around the entire back glass and my screen has already cracked again in less than 3 weeks. Was told the front screen repair had a 30 day warranty and now they are not honoring. Do not recommend this place! If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Its a little out of the way, but worth the effort. Id banged up my Samsung pretty good and was referred to this shop by another one unwilling to take a chance on my phone. Sure, I could spend the $225 deductible and get a new phone from the insurance plan, but its only 6 months old, so...Bottom line, they were successful at saving my phone and saving me $160 over what my deductible would have cost me. VERY pleased with the pricing and same-day service.

I came across there phone sales on offer up. I am a nurse and needed a temporary phone to use for a month. I went to the shop bought the phone, within the next day the screen was not working. I took it multiple times to get fixed they said the screen was fine. Once again I went in I had cracked the screen paid more for them to fix it due to the screen already having issues. They told me I could possibly switch phone out for another phone. I drove to carmichael over six times and phone was never fixed. There technician was out of town for days before letting me know any updates on phone. Im going The owner Christian got on the phone stated Im not going to be playing games if you want it fixed pay another 100 after paying 160 for a iPhone 6 plus. Then he hung the phone up in my face. I would have just picked up the phone and bought a new one or paid extra for a different one. Ive never met a owner with such bad representation of his buisness. I recommend going to smart shop, and I recommend we give buisness to good respectful human beings.

I wish they had an option for 0 Stars. Went in to get my screen replaced for an iPhone 6 Plus. Was happy to hear that there was a 15% off because they over stocked on screen replacements for that phone. When I came back to get my phone they said they had to replace the battery because it exploded while they were working on my phone. They charged me $30 more bucks. I let it slide only because they gave me a deal on the screen replacement. Then when we were checking out he sold me on screen protector which was the smart idea but seemed like he was just selling me. I ended up spending big $160 when it initially should of been $120. Two weeks go by and a spot of orange popped up on my screen. Took it in and he said it was the frame of my phone that was damaging the screen. (I never seen this before). He said he fixed it but it came back within 1 day. 2 more weeks go by and the screen replacement starts coming off. So I took it in and told him about it and he said it was my frame. And then he took the screen replacement off and THEN said it was the battery was pushing the screen up and thats the problem. Seems like too many excuses. I told him he charged me for a battery replacement. So we looked up my name for the recent charges and there was 2 transactions one for $119.00(screen replacement) and another for $36.00(battery & screen protector). And he told me that he didnt replace the battery that its the original. So he tried to sale me on another battery! I asked him if a screen protector costs $36.00 and he said yes. I googled screen protector and theyre $5-10. I got ripped off. Im buying a new phone. This was my first and last experience going to a 3rd party phone repair shop. Thanks! If anyone wants to get ripped off come to this place right here!

Sold me broken air pods. I came back 5 minutes later it took him 10 minutes to get me different ones. The different ones still didn’t work so he “fixed” them so I sat there for another 30 minutes. After that one was still had a lower volume than the other but he tried to convince me saying “ no they sound the same” like i’m slow. He would not give me a refund for these items. SCAM.

I went today to that store to fix my iPhone 7 Plus, first thing they charge me $32 to do diagnose defined out what’s wrong, then they told me it need to be bored wash they charge me another $33 The total became $65 and They told me will be ready same day or next day, then I called by the end of the day they told me is better for you to buy a new phone, because you need a new motherboard or they have to delete all data and cost more than phone worth which is there’s a boss to say that after the diagnosed, And they didn’t refund me anything. Service was far below average and upon receiving fixed screen, phone and camera were worse than when I brought in. I thought it was just me but after the 5 times (not exaggerating) I was at store, 3 other customers complained that they had worse issues upon service. To start off, this is just a PSA for potential future customers, letting them know to avoid this business at all costs.I brought my phone here on a Weds morning with a shattered screen, I was told it would take between 2 and 3 hours to fix, great, no big deal, my phone was a few months old and had absolutely no other issues. 6 hours later and the business was closing, I called and was told my phone was done but needed to be put back together. Mind you, no one had called to update me during the day, but thats neither here nor there. I get my phone home and realize it wont charge, shuts down after about 2 mins of screen use, and no one can hear me when I make calls. Jump to the next day, the staff is aware of these issues, they tell me they can fix this, so I leave my phone with them again all day, by the end of the day everything seems fine, but I get it home and it shuts off after about 2 mins still. How do you send me home with a malfunctioning phone again? It boggles my mind. By Saturday, Im at my wits end. Ive missed very important calls due to the fact that I cant use my phone for more than 2 mins at a time. The staff had my phone all day Saturday again, and by the end of the day STILL cant fix whatever it is that they screwed up in my device. I end up calling T Mobile and they make me an appointment and Im able to get in the next day, The staff at Love 2 fix told my mom not to bother with this, because they would be able to tell that a 3rd party tampered with my phone and insurance wouldnt cover it, well guess what Chris, you were wrong. I have to get a brand new phone, all because of you and your staffs mistakes.They love to blame these mistakes on the fact that theyre short staffed, but if youre so short staffed, let your clients know, if you cant handle the volume of clients, you need to be honest and send them elsewhere. You have no idea how much grief you have caused me. The only positive is they refunded me, AFTER they put the shattered screen back on my phone. THANKS GUYS. Learn how to run a business please. Great service & customer service. My sons gaming computer stopped working. It is an expensive purchase several years ago, out of warranty & to ship to vendor on the east coast would be little over $150 (thats what it cost me for warranty repair). I have used Love 2 Fix to salvage my sister coffee drowned Mac Box Air and a screen replacement of Fit Bit Blaze (because Fit Bit isnt set up to repair their own devices). Both time were stellar service. However this time, they went over the top. We dropped off the computer around 10:30. They would diagnose and call me with what they found - probably in the afternoon. Less than an hour they had been able to determine it was a failed power supply - they would get one locally and the computer would probably be ready sometime tomorrow. So imagine my surprise when John called me before 4 pm - the computer was fixed and ready for pick up. That is like a 5 hour turn around! I tell my family and friends that Love 2 Fix is the best store to get your electronics fixed. Prices are very reasonable, service is awesome, customer service is the best. 3 times customer - will be 4th time - as I am dropping off my IPAD tomorrow to fix a disabled issue compounded by Find My IPAD problem that I can not get past.

Diagnose cost for a thermal printer was $33. If they could fix it, will allow you to apply that $33 toward total repair cost. Price is somewhat steep for their labor. My repair cost $80 and for me to buy a new one is around $400. Not significant saving since you dont know how long before it craps out again. And that it is already removed from the prices listed above. No one told me that before. Long story short. I will never go to those people again. Anything and everything I’ve ever had fixed here beyond having a phone screen replaced lasts less than 60 days. Here’s a few examples.PS3- “can’t be fixed.” My BF and roomate went online and you tubed it and now it works great. This is after them charging me for a diagnostic I told them I’d already done at home.LABTOP BATTERY- any and every time the replaces a component it never lasted long. Heads up. They get their replacement parts from eBay. Which means 2 things. They can’t guarantee quality (this comes up again in the next example) and if for some reason you go outside of the warranty they have with this supplier you don’t know and can’t independently validate, then you’re looking at paying for parts twice.iPhone - Screen replacement turned into it needing a mother board replaced. Not their fault. Through a series of eBay shenanigans they had my phone for 3 weeks (remember when I said that their suppliers were suspect?) and I had to contact them periodically for updates. So fine, they fix it. Finally. It lasted 2 months. A month of which I was on vacation in a remote part of Montana with cell service. Was barely on my phone so I didn’t notice that they hadn’t fixed anything. I come back after it started getting glitchy again. Same problems as it had before and after dropping 400 some odd dollars on parts and labor. “Well it’s past the warranty with the supplier” they said. We can try and dispute it. Never heard back. I had to call them after a few weeks for an update. To find out their was “nothing they could do.”Over the years I’ve probably spent 1000 dollars here and have nothing to show for it. They won’t get my business again. I highly suggest you look elsewhere. A place that that uses “super glue because I couldn’t find the screw” isn’t worth the money. That said, they’re super friendly. Buyer beware.

Horrible Service! My brothers phone screen began to peel off after these people fixed it within 2 weeks. The cost was approx. $150 for the screen and the labor approx. $130. The screen then detached from the phone and it was broken again. The TECH apparently applied SUPER GLUE to hold the screen in place, however, it was not strong enough to hold.The TECH then said our 30 day warranty does not cover IF THE PHONE FALLS and therefore a new screen is needed (another $150). My external hard drive was working and the next minute it wasnt. All of my pictures are on it as I use it as a backup of my phone and computer.I went to Ubreak Ifix and they just referred me to xxxx, which wanted to charge me $700 to $3000 to diagnose and recover the data from the drive.I then called Love 2 Fix and brought the device in for Chris to examine. I took my phone for a diagnostic after i sold it on ebay and the buyer returned it saying it was broken. These guys found that the buyer had switched parts out and returned it. They then wrote a report with great details and pictures to go with it that helped me win my case with ebay and paypal and got me the money back. They were all nice and made it an easy experience. Replace my cell phone screen, I am satisfied with that, ask for replacement of battery, they did not order right battery, I drive 2 times back from Natomas that is 15 miles from Carmichael,, just waste money on gas and no new battery, very unsatisfactory

They charge money for what you already know that is wrong for your electronics and damage it even worse to the point not being repairable else where or just refuse to fix it and charge more for there mistakes 30 dollar diagnostics should be free and then they up charge you put 100 and 300 to fix what they did wrong...never again will they get my money never.
