We were passing by Target and were surprised to see that the Xfinity store was open. I had been experiencing some issues with my internet service and decided to stop by this store. I was immediately greeted by Jose when I walked in even though he was busy with something I knew I was gonna he helped as soon as he was available as the other reps were helping other customers. When Jose was available I explained the issues I had been having as well as the usage fees I had been getting. He reviewed my account with me and explained why I had received the fees and why my internet was moving so slow. He then shared with me how Xfinity could provide faster more reliable internet speed and also lower my bill. Through our conversation I shared with him that I am diabetic and he saw that we did not have a land line phone. He shared that he could add a land line and still save us money every month and we would have a more reliable access to emergency services. I was amazed at his knowledge and how he was able to listen to me and match what I had said to the services Xfinity provides and save me money on top of that every month. Jose is the best and I will be referring my family and friends to him.

Update** After having the police out there and them letting us know that they are just as convinced that she is rude, unprofessional, and knowing police have been out there multiple times I have been in discussions with corporate and they basically can’t do anything. They think she is out of line, crazy, and does NOT understand their policies. They tried to explain to her that our contracts don’t expire as long as we keep paying and she is not listening. We are unable to forward our mail because of it being a business mailbox and she is going against the UPS contract that states she has to hold or forward our mail for at least 6 months (at our expense which we are willing to pay). We are missing packages, my husband’s driver’s license, and other important items!!! She has said we are having Federal chargers brought on us for fraud. It is so hilarious to think that she believes that. My one positive thing is that corporate is willing to refund my money through Oct because we had paid up front. Do NOT do business with them!!!New owner is terrible customer service. I have had my Box here for 4 years and it has been great. Now because I don’t have photo id with my home address (everything comes to their box) she won’t let me receive mail here....yet I paid a year up front & won’t refund my money for rest of the year! Threatening to send my mail back to sender.

If I could give this location negative stars I would. The man that runs this store is the absolute worst person to deal with. He is so picky about things, and will throw his sign in your face and tell you to read. Even though his instructions are not what amazon says to do, maybe he should try reading. I strongly encourage everyone to boycott UPS especially this location. People like him should not be in customer service and do not deserve to be in business. If the USPS can handle packages in any shape/form UPS should not have an issue. He will literally complain about the box use, what the box is wrapped in, etc..Perhaps he does not want to work? You can take the same exact package to another UPS location and they will gladly accept it. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS! He is so rude and nasty!
