This UPS store has been my home store for as long as I can remember. I have always had good experiences, however, the excellent service that I have recieved from Noah R over my last few visits needs to be expressed. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional while being patient and time efficient. Nothing but good things to say, I will continue to frequent this location because of employees like him.

I have NEVER EVER had any issues with returning Amazon items until this store started using the self service returns. So far I have returned two items to Amazon that they claim they have not received. I will never use this store again and recommend you dont either if you want credit for items your returning. So very disappointed!

They are scammers. I was going to send a package and I canceled it because they were charging me $127 for shipping and I told them that it was very expensive. When I canceled, they told me that I had to pay $50 for wasting their time and because they were going to close down scammers. pay $50 for nothing discriminators😡😡

I shipped several boxes during Christmas. I shipped glass mugs in boxes to two locations. One of the locations reported back to me that there was no packing in the package and the mugs were broke.I came in to resolve the issue and was told that both of my boxes I shipped were recorded as self packaged. When I came in I asked for my packages to be packaged and shipped. The customer service agent told me dont worry we will pack it for you so that it wont break.The issue was never resolved. I think the store should at least pay for them to be shipped again. The manager said he would speak to the owner, but my family still received broken mugs for Christmas because there was NO packing in the box. I specifically asked for it.I understand mistakes happen, but I payed for shipping and asked for it to be appropriately packed. I will buy the mugs again, but this location should pay for re-shipping.Also the customer service agents are rude. The manager Seneca at least was cordial and said he would reach out to the manager.I am disappointed.

Tried dropping off a return for an Amazon refund. The package was secure and clearly marked with the return label. I was told by an employee named Cyndi they could not accept my return because it was in the manufacturer box and not the brown Amazon box. I explained the item was not mailed me to in an Amazon box and I followed the instructions provided to me by amazon and all I needed was a receipt. I have mailed returns before in manufacturers boxes with no problem. She told me I could purchase a brown box to package it in. When I declined she refused to take my package. I called UPS to schedule a pick up and they said they would report the incident to corporate. Avoid this location at all costs.

I would rather not even give this UPS a score. Very rude manager (Fara). She had a line out the door. Thought she could handle all the customers by herself kind of attitude. I stood next to a customer waiting in line. She tells me out loud there is a line. I tell her that I am in line just trying to avoid the sun. When it was my turn she asked what I needed. Told her I needed to send a FAX. She gave me the prices and tells me when I am ready let her know and went on to help another customer. I will never do business with UPS ever again.

This place is just fantastic. I have really bad hip arthritis and I’m unable to lift more than maybe 5 lbs without experiencing pain. These guys have come out to my car twice to take my packages for me and bring back the receipt. I can’t express more gratitude and appreciation. Thank you so much.
