Bad customer service at this store and just bad company policies and practices (some which are probably illegal).I was prompted to come to this location after seeing I was being charged an extra $10 on my bill each month for the supposedly $0 setup and $0 monthly charge for their TV stream box or whatever. I never even opened it but they somehow were auto charging me $10 per month to my card automatically without my approval for this. I was told to return the device to the store to avoid the charge, hence my visit.At the store, I return the unopened device and ask what the heck? The guy says I agreed to this somehow so he prints out my agreement. The agreement clearly says $0 Change of Service and $0 Streaming Device Activation Fee and nothing else. Somehow that is proof I agreed to being charged $10 extra per month for the device I didnt want? He then switches and says its not the agreement but its their policy... Still doesnt show me it.Are their customers in general idiots that this is proof? I ask for proof that I agreed to the charge and the guy cant provide it but it takes him like 15-20 minutes of back and forth nonsense arguing to say that, making me late to my next appointment. Just horrible customer service. His manager (I think?) next to him seemed better but he wasnt that interested in helping either, although he provided some helpful comments. I didnt really need a resolution there, but just wanted someone to acknowledge how horrible these practices are.In the end it took me a couple months or so to see the charge so I was only out $30 but they did not have my approval to charge me for that. If the customer service at the store were better, they would have just addressed the problem, refunded the money and we all move on, but their training and the people they hire are pretty crappy.In any case, if given any other opportunity (Consolidated Fiber, Starlink, 6G, competing cable provider), I will switch from Xfinity at the first opportunity.0/5 stars. Avoid at all costs. Still the worst company in America dispite the name change.

I had Xfinity for a year. Paid $66.40 with auto-pay. Then I received a bill for $207. Called them & thought it was straightened out, but got a bill for $107. Went into store & was told the best price would be $89 - Internet only. (One person, 1 computer - no thanks!) Dropped Xfinity.

This store on Laguna has aweful customer service. They kept giving me the run around. Some guy name Shaq, before that some new guy… bottom line is stop trying give opposing information and lying!!!!!!!

Terrible company. Cancelling service is an impossible task. Price goes up every 6-12 months astronomically.

I just received the new iPhone 15 a week ago and yesterday my phone stopped making or receiving calls. Within five minutes at the Xfinity store, Dakota had it fixed and I was on my way. Great job Dakota, you are a lifesaver!

This is the worse service I have ever received. Spoke to numerous different agents and none of them helped. I got told many times my issues were resolved and they never were. None of them even listened when I mentioned that another agent tried fixing it with the same method and it didn’t work. They kept telling me the same thing and repeated the same “trouble-shooting” methods just to get nowhere. I am tired of wasting hours just to get internet to start working at my new place. I rescheduled an appointment for a technician to see them today, just to be told by another agent that it was never scheduled. Getting the run-around with these people is annoying and a waste of energy.

Joshua did a great job! We are trying to switch to new carrier. He spent over an hour with us. He is very patience and helpful throughout the whole process and trying to get us the best deal. Best customer service ever!
