2024-05-05 13:39:38Although my experience qith UPS was not the best, my experience with Vicky was. I had a package that was supposed to be delivered with signature required. I was not home and was left a note it was taken to the UPS store. This was on a Tuesday. After 5 days, the package still had not arrived and the status had not been upated. Vicky did her best to track down the package for me, but it was not to be. She even called me the next week to see if it had arrived. I really appreciated her high level of customer service and care.

2024-04-27 20:52:06Bakari was helpful and kind. His customer service went above and beyond. Bakari saw that I struggled to bring the box into the store and helped carry the box to the counter. He was so courteous. I told him I would always use his store for shipping, unlike the one down the street that was never friendly. UPS is lucky to have Bakari as an employee.

2024-01-24 20:14:46Friendly staff, quick service, told me the amount for my lamination prior to doing it. Also let me know it would take a minute for the machine to heat up. Clean store. And not crazy busy with huge lines like the one down the street, is always a nightmare!

2023-11-04 18:59:52Great service, but yet not as much because they also need to know how to get into Google Docs for the printing (one of the team mebers told me they cannot do that and yet we still able to figure out something that it still can)

2023-09-06 02:12:35The young man came to my car and loaded a heavy, large box onto their dolly for me. He was pleasant, respectful and very helpful. I wish I remembered how to spell his name!

2018-02-17 14:53:26Update** After having the police out there and them letting us know that they are just as convinced that she is rude, unprofessional, and knowing police have been out there multiple times I have been in discussions with corporate and they basically can’t do anything. They think she is out of line, crazy, and does NOT understand their policies. They tried to explain to her that our contracts don’t expire as long as we keep paying and she is not listening. We are unable to forward our mail because of it being a business mailbox and she is going against the UPS contract that states she has to hold or forward our mail for at least 6 months (at our expense which we are willing to pay). We are missing packages, my husband’s driver’s license, and other important items!!! She has said we are having Federal chargers brought on us for fraud. It is so hilarious to think that she believes that. My one positive thing is that corporate is willing to refund my money through Oct because we had paid up front. Do NOT do business with them!!!New owner is terrible customer service. I have had my Box here for 4 years and it has been great. Now because I don’t have photo id with my home address (everything comes to their box) she won’t let me receive mail here....yet I paid a year up front & won’t refund my money for rest of the year! Threatening to send my mail back to sender.

2015-12-31 22:21:55Ive had a mailbox here for 5 years and the service has always been great. Even though I have a pretty good idea of when a package has arrived they still call me every time and even let me know when my voicemail is full. I shop online quite a bit so Im in the store fairly often and have never seen an example of poor or rude customer service as described in those suspiciously robotic negative reviews.I saw another regular customer being allowed to pay next time when they didnt have exact change on them. That illustrates a good relationship with customers, at least the regular ones.One con is that UPS sometimes has trouble finding the store. Yes, its mind boggling but Ive had delivery exceptions claiming an invalid street address on 3 occasions which I had to resolve by calling the local depot and telling them about the store. I even had them call me back one time asking what kind of store is at that address. ITS A UPS STORE!!!Edit: Had my first negative experience today, a $10 late fee. Theyve been inconsistent about notifying me in the past so the renewal dates kind of floated. This time around, no notice and a late fee. Revised from 5 to 4 stars.

2023-03-20 19:23:589 of 10 packages sent with delayed delivery to destination. Also, had issues of bad handling resulting to broken merch. DO NOT by any means use this store or you will regret.
