I recently needed to replace my HVAC system. In addition to it being nearly 19 years old, I also had some damage to several ducts, presumably by rodents that had intruded in my crawl space. After some initial exploration, I came up with five contenders based on our then current maintenance provider, friends recommendations, and rating websites. Two fell out of contention almost immediately. Buckley and two others came by, performed inspections, and offered proposals.I chose Buckley based on my comfort with Jake, reference checks, competitive pricing, and online ratings. Now that the work is done, we are delighted with the decision. Jake did an excellent job of explaining options and tradeoffs for system design. He recommended a different size system than I was thinking of and explained his rationale for doing so. I went with his recommendation and we are glad we did.The work was performed as scheduled, on time (one day install), professionally, and with no surprises. The follow-up afterwards has been excellent.Though I have grown to distrust all things Google, I made an exception to offer feedback about my experience with Buckley. I am totally satisfied and recommend that anyone needing systems or service in their product areas give them consideration. I definitely will.
