If I could put no stars I would .rude and unhelpful made me pay the bill only to say they didnt receive it then I came beck it all my receipts and they still did not refund me my money I am on hold now for 2hours and Im going to just discontinue and go to the better business and make a complaint and talk to my lawyer I say who ever went through this like I did need to do the same to put a stop to this companys scamming everyone seem like them and t mobile want to just scam ppl out of there money and be rude about to you to . There is no costumer service and wen you do get some one they just hang up on you or put you on hold until you give up or it gets disconnected.

Lions & Coventry is a great place to get your insurance! My friend referred me to them and I am so glad they did! The staff is very welcoming and helpful, they answered all of my questions and worked with me to help me find the best policy for my auto and health needs. They are a personable business and I felt in very good hands whenever I called. The service is quick and personable, they cant be beat by big corporations! Service in the store was polite and timely. The moment a problem occurred and my package was lost in the mail, I was thrown from person to person, no one wanted to assist me and I spent TEN HOURS on hold / talking to customer service over a period of 2.5 weeks, only to be told that they would not honor their policy of returning my shipping fee (as my package was delivered excessively late) because right now theyre not doing that. Definitely will take my business to UPS from now on. FedEx lacks the competence to handle delivering packages and assisting customers when necessary.

Instead of doing the usual round of finger-pointing about who to blame for our current state of the economy and getting angry at the Wall Street bankers who pocket their millions in bonuses and just being plain ol sick and tired of fees for this and that, put your money where your mouth is.We switched from Citibank to a credit union. And then switched from Sacramento Credit Union to Safe. So glad we did. For starters, I was not happy with the policies at Sac Credit Union - we had an issue with a huge bill being paid on autopay and then not having enough funds. To make a long story short, we had racked up $200 in fees in one day.Safe does not do this. Based on this fact alone, I was happy to make the switch.Opening an account was a cinch! I love their Internet banking service too with their pie chart showing where your funds are being spent and their free bill pay service. However if you do NOT use bill pay, you get docked $3. And for that, Im docking off a star.With this branch, you park in the back and use the doors facing the back - not the ones facing Madison. I made this mistake once and you have to push some button and have someone buzz you in. I guess it makes it just a tad bit harder if you plan on robbing the place off a busy street!As far as the phone service and counter service goes, it has been top notch. Great tellers, they call up periodically to make sure you are happy with your service and if you have any questions. There is even a SAFE app on my Android!

THE MOST TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Everyone in that store should be fired. I was trying to send about 13 packages and tried to use my company account and they said they couldnt help me. I asked for the manager and apparently I was talking to the 17 year old manager who has no professional skills whatsoever. She didnt know a number to the office I needed to get my weigh bills at and pretty much didnt know a single fn thing about UPS or their affiliates or how to charge my account. I then had to call the corporate offices whom also LACK knowledge about anything with my company account. Finalllllly I got a hold of a different franchise off Howe rd. and this lady knew EXACTLY what I was talking about. She explained step by step how I could print my own labels charging a third party account. It took me 5 minutes. IDK why they dont allow franchises to just charge an account but its really inconvenient. Im normally in a hurry. I dont have a tape measure or a scale with me to do that crap. I want to be able to drop my stuff off give me account number and be done. Isnt that what ups employees are paid for? or do they just get paid to sit on the phone and say idk to any questions any customer has. Im really disappointed that UPS is the only way bc I would never do business with UPS again. This is not the first time they have given me ridiculously lazy customer service or couldnt help me at all and I have to search around for 1 of the 995332422 employees they have to get one who knows a decent amount about their job. ALL IN ALL im driving 25 minutes out of the way just to not go to the UPS store in Citrus Heights.
