XFINITY use to have outstanding customer service. it isv so irritating when they want to transfer you through different departments, not only will they transfer you numerous of times, it appears the call center is based in foreign countries which is hard to understand these agents.Then in store staff at some locations have to many young people some are super unprofessional talking about getting drunk after work, some have attitude problems, the younger generation trying to run a business 🙄 cant even be professional. Some seems to be under the influence, save, if you have mobile phone, they force you to have internet, the agents have hearing problems I had to repeat my sim cars # over 10-15 Times been on the line almost 3.5 hours and they seem they dont know wat they are doing going to definitely find a different provider

I had to do quite a switcheroo with my phone. This whole store is super friendly and fun to be in. Isaiah and Daisy were really patient and helpful and nice to my kids. I wish I had reason to frequent this spot more often. They’re the best.

Isaiah set me in the right direction. He is OUTSTANDING!! Was able to alleviate my fears of paying too much and explained everything too! I was in and out in 20 minutes. They are lucky to have him as a rep.

Great location, staff was friendly and attentive. Need to return a modem/router because I moved and needed to end my old service. They were able to scan in my old equipment and cancel service in a couple minutes. Very easy and convenient. They also have cell phones, cell phone cases, and home security equipment and other items for sale.

Avoid this Xfinity store specifically if you have any issues or need actual help. Manager is extremely rude. They will deny any help despite account notes saying part needs to be replaced and being directed to their store by customer service. Then they will blatantly lie on your account to make themselves look good and you look bad.

Jaden was the best sales rep!! Very personable and helpful. Was so easy to get our new Wi-Fi and internet purchased. The entire store has great staff and good energy. Promote that guy to store manager!

I love the service. However I can never reach a representative. What a waist of my time. I am absolutely livid about this. Im going to have to go down to the store. Why dont you, meaning Xfinity make it a bit easier to get a hold of somebody? Before I lose it. Im so upset and Im sure Im not the only one.

Think Twice before get this service!!!-5 stars!!! every time when you missing contract due date your next will be increased twice and they say this promotion(. for last 4-5 years i brought in two or three customers, and they got better deals than I, and I was Gold Member.when I went to the office worker told me that my Gold member means ZERO and I have to close account and open on other name to get better deal......so who can tell what is Gold membership is ?........garbage?my neighbor got deal for $30 a month included equipment, my last bill was $115, I asked about my deals they said I have to pay more they cant give me same deal.....T-mobile offers no contract deals!!! Im goin to try!!!Ive been customer for over 5 years.
