As I write this review, my brain struggles with how crazy it sounds. Havent we all had experiences with financial institutions that totally frustrate, ENRAGE us? I certainly have. Many, countless times.To me, SAFE is like a beautiful bizarro world, where everybodys professional, nice and ready to jump through flaming hoops to solve what ever obscure issue you might have. Ive been with them since the 1990s, and even though Ive moved thousands of miles away I remain a loyal fan, and member of theirs.

I drove over to the bank because it closed at 6pm unlike every other bank on a Tuesday in my area. I was pretty pleased to find that they were in fact open. This is a nice location with friendly staff. I was looking to pick up some coins and was happy that they had some. I was disappointed that they would not exchange them for my twenty dollar bill because I didn’t have an account with them.

I love the member service here. The tellers are great and make sure they are able to assist me on achieving my financial needs. I was helped by Miranda today and she was great. I really appreciated the couple minutes we spent at the window talking about CDs and home loans! Thank you!

I came into the credit union on 7/23/19 and was helped by Emily Snook. For starters she had a very pleasant voice which put me in the right set of mind, and she was very helpful. I only wished I had been coming longer than I have, but am thankful for finally becoming a member. Thanks for everything

The service and employees are top notch at the Citrus Heights, Ca branch. Ive never been disappointed with safe credit union in the 45 years Ive been a member. Thank you.

I have been a member since I was 10 yrs old. My dad started a savings account for me. That was 50 yrs ago. Loved it then and Im still LOVING IT. Great customer service. Thanks SAFE. Keep it up.

Instead of doing the usual round of finger-pointing about who to blame for our current state of the economy and getting angry at the Wall Street bankers who pocket their millions in bonuses and just being plain ol sick and tired of fees for this and that, put your money where your mouth is.We switched from Citibank to a credit union. And then switched from Sacramento Credit Union to Safe. So glad we did. For starters, I was not happy with the policies at Sac Credit Union - we had an issue with a huge bill being paid on autopay and then not having enough funds. To make a long story short, we had racked up $200 in fees in one day.Safe does not do this. Based on this fact alone, I was happy to make the switch.Opening an account was a cinch! I love their Internet banking service too with their pie chart showing where your funds are being spent and their free bill pay service. However if you do NOT use bill pay, you get docked $3. And for that, Im docking off a star.With this branch, you park in the back and use the doors facing the back - not the ones facing Madison. I made this mistake once and you have to push some button and have someone buzz you in. I guess it makes it just a tad bit harder if you plan on robbing the place off a busy street!As far as the phone service and counter service goes, it has been top notch. Great tellers, they call up periodically to make sure you are happy with your service and if you have any questions. There is even a SAFE app on my Android!

I have been waiting for more 4 weeks for new credit card just frustrated upset now, havent had a card since June, This reviews staying on here since no one wants to espidite sadly . I had to put my gym membership on hold because of this

The customer service is great. Manager is friendly. And it looks like she has a good relationship with her employees. Which means their is very lil tension.

I love this bank and specifically this branch. Everyone at this branch is super friendly no matter the day of the week or time of day. Mobile banking is super easy to check accounts amd transfer funds.
