Stay away from this Company PC Synergy Postal mate the only reason they bought company called Resource simply they are exclusive possession or control of the supply trade in them service 2 days ago with very cold blood they send us email PostalMate Hardware Requirements Updated 06.27.18 to claim our hardware is not matching with PostalMate Hardware requirements.Pretty obvious company greed getting out of control if you in the shipping and Mailbox rental industrial for while you understating what exactly what that mean you been pushed to buy Hardware you dont really need.I have a Computer since degree when I called today ticket ref. no 392690 06/29/2018 Larry /Customer support representative he provided lots of miss-leading information to try to convinces me my hardware is 10 years old thats I really need a new one even I explain I have no single problem to integrate PostalMate as software with my hardware.Pretty obvious PC Synergy Postal mate do this only to sell us new Hardware PC packages with all the software required.This really frustrating currently we study the legalize for this matter if you would to join us this that help us all to stop this greed.Thanks for reading.

The company name should be We break it you fix it. A simple screen repair forced us to purchase a new phone. The technician, who came to our home, took the phone to his vehicle and 30 minutes later returned with the phone and new screen. The phone doesnt work; he apparently ran a test on the phone, which caused the phone to lock up. We contacted his supervisor who said he never heard of the tech. Longer story shorter (5 hours later trying to repair the phone) we tried to repair through Apple and Verizon, who could not remedy the issue. We were forced to purchase a new phone. We later learned the company runs a software test through our insurance company, Assurion, which causes the issue. I strongly suggest this company provide a disclosure of the risk when servicing a phone. If we would had known of the risk we would not have had the phone serviced. It was not worth 5 hours of our time, $29.00 fee for the screen replacement, and $160.00 for a new phone.

We all know going to the dentist is usually anxiety inducing. I was looking for a new dentist for me and my family and despite a few of the bad reviews I decided to give this place a shot. I scheduled my appointment and they messaged me a few days later saying an earlier appointment opened up and asked if I wanted it. I was in no rush for a cleaning and consult but if it was available well why not.I show up fill out all of the paperwork and get taken to the back. I understand that covid has people in and out of work but a temp who had no idea how to adjust the chair let alone work the x-ray gun or their software starts taking x-rays. This made me extremely uncomfortable to be anywhere in that seat. I expressed my concerns and discomfort and they had someone else (who hasnt been there much longer) come and finish up the xrays. They also did not know how to work the software very well so I am assuming it was another temp.The Dentist comes and we have a chat he does his check and then leaves. Somebody from the front desk comes back with pricing and after a small chat says I need to sit and wait until the other cleaning is finished (45 more minutes) until they can get started on me. I say I had an appointment that should have been all at once and should take about 2 hours instead of 3 and she tells me they are doing me a favor. I didnt ask for any favors to be seen early. I didnt have any pressing need for dental work. I did however not want to spend 3+ hours at the dentist in the middle of a work day. She just kept saying they are doing me a favor and I should be happy because they book out months and months in advance.I told them this wasnt right and I left. We will see what they try and bill my insurance for but based on the other low star comments I am probably going to have to fight that with my insurance company.I cancelled all of my familys appointments and will be looking elsewhere. I would suggest you do so as well.
