PC SYNERGY tech support is positively USELESS! They consistently blame YOU for issues with THEIR system. It is really hit or miss as to whether or not your issue will be addressed and resolved. I have talked to THREE different people from tech support regarding the same issue. I have been blamed for the problem, the techs havent really listened to what I had to say. Our issue has not been addressed, and has not been resolved. Save yourself a headache and go with a different company.

Very very bad company we been this company for years, and asked email them we will we like do software license hold due covid shutdown and the replied back Henry Heller which is no longer with company, we called them asked to reactivate your license, and Sarah saying we have pay again onboarding fee of $295 which which is unacceptable they just care about their money beware from them..

It was very intensive training for 2 days in Chicago area. It was fun to meet & greet folks who has been in the Shipping & Mailing Business since long to get views and expertise for the industry, different vendors, suppliers plus PC Synergy folks Henry & Rhonda, Brandon from RSA, Sarah Rohde from AMBC did excellent presentation.

Stay away from this Company PC Synergy Postal mate the only reason they bought company called Resource simply they are exclusive possession or control of the supply trade in them service 2 days ago with very cold blood they send us email PostalMate Hardware Requirements Updated 06.27.18 to claim our hardware is not matching with PostalMate Hardware requirements.Pretty obvious company greed getting out of control if you in the shipping and Mailbox rental industrial for while you understating what exactly what that mean you been pushed to buy Hardware you dont really need.I have a Computer since degree when I called today ticket ref. no 392690 06/29/2018 Larry /Customer support representative he provided lots of miss-leading information to try to convinces me my hardware is 10 years old thats I really need a new one even I explain I have no single problem to integrate PostalMate as software with my hardware.Pretty obvious PC Synergy Postal mate do this only to sell us new Hardware PC packages with all the software required.This really frustrating currently we study the legalize for this matter if you would to join us this that help us all to stop this greed.Thanks for reading.

BEFORE PCSYNERGY WAS BOUGHT OUT SERVICE AND SOFTWARE WAS GREAT,, NOW DOWN RIGHT HORRIBLE. THE RESPONSE TIME IS NOW 2 TO 4 DAYS BEFORE 2 TO 4 HOURS. THE LATEST UPDATE SLOWED MY AUX. COMPUTER DOWN TO A CRAWL. tHEY BLAMED MY COMPUTER FOR THE PROBLEM ALTHOUGH NONE OF THE OTHER PROGRAMS ARE HAVING PROBLEMS. I AM NOW LOOKING INTO OTHER SHIPPING SOFTWARE BECAUSE THIS COMPANY HAS GONE DOWN HILL FAST.

Great networking session. After 23 years, there are always a few tidbits in PostalMate that I didnt know before. And the interaction with the other store owners is priceless.
