My wife and I utilized Homes by Price + Hou to sell our town home that we purchased over 4 years ago. We listed our home at the beginning of the year after meeting with the team and discussing the strategy for putting our town home on the market. They were very thorough in their research of the area and communicative with the various strategies that we could employ in order to sell our town home quickly and for a good price. Once we were all in alignment, they put the plan into action and before we knew it, we had multiple offers....in a week! And if you looked at the date of when this review was left, you will deduce that the entire process, from listing to closing, took just over one month.
