Roey was honestly the best possible choice I could have made. I asked so many questions that I’m sure I was redundant, but Roey explained everything really well and was very patient. He understood what my needs were, went through the entire timeline (under 30 day escrow) and was completely transparent. His negotiation skills are impressive, he got my first offer accepted and we closed earlier than expected. If you don’t choose Roey, you are doing a disservice to yourself. He is a true professional!

After interviewing several agents, choosing Roey was a no brainer to help me buy my first home. I could tell right away that he is a genuine guy and really cares about his clients. He explained everything really well to me and made me feel comfortable about buying my first home. We won the first offer we put in even though there were many other offers we had to compete with. Trusting your agent is vital in this field, and coming across a real gem like Roey who will take the time to walk you through everything was amazing. He was so sincere and you can tell that he truly cares about his clients. Since we started working with him, he has been nothing but patient and walked me and my husband through each and every step of the way. He even brought up his own concerns that we didn’t even consider since we aren’t experts, so his complete honesty was much appreciated. I had the pleasure of working with Roey and his wonderful team on possibly the most stressful transaction ever, or so I thought it would be. Honestly, he really did his thing. Roey was great at listening to what I wanted, and his communication skills/follow-up times were excellent. Our first home purchase was easy and as smooth as can be all thanks to Roey. He always went to bat for us, and he never was pushy. If anything, he made sure we were extremely comfortable and always listened to our concerns. He was always on top of answering our numerous calls, texts, or emails and I really appreciate the fact that he always looked out for our best interests, even if it prolonged the sale. His tenacity and friendliness are great traits in this business as it helped create a great environment for everyone who works together to get the deal done. His team is incredible, and they all work perfectly in sync to make ensure the best possible outcome. Honestly, I didnt even understand why I would need to pay an agent to help me in the process until I learned about exactly how competitive the Los Angeles market is. Roey always made sure to go the extra mile to speak with listing agents and get a thorough understanding of the sellers situation so we do not waste time, and we know what we are up against. He was also very thorough when writing up our purchase agreement to make sure we are completely protected and he also made sure the sellers pay for the home inspection, termite repairs, Etc. He was also there every step of the way and present at every inspection, meeting, walkthrough, and he worked tirelessly with everyone involved. Closing under 30 days in no ordinary thing and it all happened so beautifully thanks to Roey. I cannot highly recommend him enough. Roey is THE MAN for the job.
