Amir recently helped us in purchasing a home, and he was such a great representative / agent for us during the home viewing and purchasing process. Since we were viewing and visiting homes during the heart of COVID quarantine, it was imperative that everything was managed with extra care to ensure all around safety.After our we found our dream home, Amir was instrumental in the offer strategy and negotiation aspects of the deal. He added extra levels of comfort by being present all the way through any inspections, repairs, and finally closing of the house.Have nothing but good things to say about our experience with Amir. Never felt pressured to spend over our budget, to settle on any desired features, or to accept anything that compromised safety during viewing and buying. My husband and I bought our first home in the middle of a global pandemic...we had no idea what we were doing as first time home buyers and the situation with COVID was unprecedented. So we were a little nervous about making such a huge life decision. But Amir was truly amazing. He made the process enjoyable and low stress and I cannot recommend him highly enough.Amir is one of those rare people who is super detail oriented but also easygoing. It makes him fun to work with but at the same time you dont have to ever worry that he will miss anything. Because not only will he not miss anything, Amir will go above and beyond for his clients.When we were first interested in our now current home after just seeing the listing online, Amir went to the open house on his own and unprompted because he knew we would love it and he wanted to be prepared to give his opinion. Less than 24 hours later he had put together a spreadsheet analyzing comparable homes in the area to help inform our price range for the offer. During the escrow process Amir read every last tine of every contract and was super clear with us what everything meant. And even after we closed, Amir has been checking up on us to make sure everything is just right, from getting our mail sorted out, to getting our refund from escrow, to having the contact info for a fantastic handyman.I honestly wish I could buy a house every year just to get a chance to hang out with Amir more often - I can promise you that choosing Amir as your realtor will be the best decision you make in the homebuying process.

I had a condo in San Diego that I wanted to sell as quickly as possible and needed someone I could trust due to my crazy work schedule. Amir was super friendly and his expert knowledge helped make this whole process run smoothly. From the start, he explained what was going to happen in the next 4 weeks and was very thorough in explaining parts of the contracts I did not understand. My husband and I have both bought several homes, even in heated real estate markets, but this market is where the rubber meets the road with real estate agents, you don’t just need one, you need a fantastic one.Amir went over and above at every step. From the start, he took the time to listen to our wants/needs/budget and lifestyle. He recommended areas we might not have considered. He was the calm, cool, and collected we needed while navigating us through the stressful and emotional experience.There’s no doubt in my mind that we wouldn’t have our dream house today if it weren’t for Amir. Few agents would have gone through the effort he went through, and that’s the difference in this market.It’s not that hard to FIND homes, it’s hard to GET a home right now and that’s where Amir shined for us.He communicated with our mortgage broker, he communicated with the seller’s agent, he communicated with us. Amir helped me and my husband purchase our very first home in the highly coveted and trendy Miracle Mile area of Los Angeles. Despite a very competitive market with limited inventory, our entire home purchase process (from searching to bidding to close) took only four months. From the very start, Amir was always available to answer my numerous inquiries and helped me understand the whole process. For those unfamiliar with what services he provides -- our home purchase began with meeting with Amir to talk about what we were looking for in a home. He then sent us different homes he thought we would like. We chose which ones we wanted to see in person, and he picked us up to visit the homes on the weekend (or whenever was convenient for our schedules). Once we found our home, he handled all discussions with the sellers agent and the paperwork. We actually got outbid on the home, but Amir was persistent and followed up with the sellers agent until he got us the place! We didnt even have to raise our offer price either :) The seller ended up being a pain to deal with in escrow and closing, but Amir made everything easier by following up with the HOA and the sellers agent until all issues were resolved. Amir also referred us to a wonderful lender who is equally as responsive and committed to making our home-buying experience smooth and successful. We cannot say enough about how great Amir is and how happy we are with the results. My wife, Kelly, and I could not be happier with the service we received from Amir. He is incredibly professional, patient, and dedicated to his craft. We were first time home buyers and very unfamiliar with the home buying process. Amir sat down with us and patiently went over everything we needed to know. During the process, he never pressured us to buy something we did not want or that was over our budget. We even ran into a situation where we had to cancel escrow on a property and Amir handled it no questions asked. Amir is definitely a cut above most real estate brokers and you will be in good hands with him. He attended all of the home inspections and made the escrow process as painless as it could possibly be. My wife and I cannot recommend him enough. I recently purchased my first home in Los Angeles and working with Amir made the experience a lot less stressful. Amir was patient, thorough, extremely proactive and very helpful throughout the whole process. He listened to my goals and desires for location, price range, explained what my buying options were and the entire home buying process step by step. Other agents either were non-responsive or put a lot of pressure on me to select them as an agent. Their advice was to ump on a purchase right away or to settle for a home that didn’t meet the key characteristics I wanted. Amir truly wanted to help me find the home that I wanted that was the best fit for me financially. The home that I finally decided on was not yet listed and I would not have found it without Amir. The final deal required a lot of coordination with the lender, escrow and the HOA and Amir tirelessly stayed on top of all of them to make sure everything would get done in time for escrow to close. An amazingly stress-free experience!Amir was recommended to us by a friend who also used him to purchase their home. Amir helped us sell ours.Amir has a laid-back personality but is incredibly efficient in his work, it is truly the best of both worlds! He was always readily available if we had any random questions and was super helpful helping us get the house ready to sell. He even had really great recommendations for cleaning and a handyman-it was basically full service all around.When it came time to pick a buyer, he was not pushy and listened to our concerns. He was a great advisor without pushing us to do something we weren’t ready for. And in the end, we got an amazing price for our home!!I would absolutely use him again (if I had another house to sell-haha!) and would highly recommend him.

I am glad that I finally found a real estate broker who is very patient, knowledgeable, efficient, understanding, and most of all trustworthy. Amir recently sold my single family home with no delay. It was only in the market for about 2 weeks and we received multiple offers.Whichever end of the spectrum youre in, either as buyer or seller there will always be some level of stress or anxiety.
