I first met Scott in 2015 when he helped with the purchase of my home. I was working with another agent under his group at the time, and he stepped in to assist once I entered escrow. They both were of great help throughout the year, as the first home ended up falling out of escrow but I ultimately was able to purchase my current home under their guidance. I felt appreciative as well to Scott since we kept in touch since then and he was helpful with other real estate issues I have discussed with him. In the past, I couldn’t imagine leaving nothing but a stellar review for him. In fact, I previously had a 5-star review posted on a different review platform for him and the other agent.This all changed when it came to my attention that he had not been truthful with me in the past. While I did receive an apology, I felt that the trust built over the years was taken advantage of. As a CPA, I understand that clients value not only the knowledge and expertise that a service provider can offer, but also trust and integrity. It is for that reason that I would be reluctant to recommend Scott Price as a real estate agent in the future.

I posted here a decade ago when Scott helped us buy our PDR home. We were looking to make some upgrades to our home and didnt know where to start. I have kept in touch with Scott, requesting a plumber reference here, a window cleaning service there... and he always made a solid recommendation. So when it came time to get some upgrades we figured we would start back with Scott. Same service as I came to expect from our previous interactions. He was engaged, responsive and followed up to make sure my needs were met. He didnt make any money from these referrals but this is what a good business does and how they operate. I love when I meet someone who just LOVES what they do and this is what I feel I have found in Scott and his partners at compass. We will sell our home eventually and nobody else will get our listing.
