Matt was welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable about the disabled accommodations (wheelchair lift, tie downs, wet bath accessibility, powered bed, kitchen area, hook ups, internet connectivity, etc.).After the tour, Matt helped us complete the requisite paperwork for the purchase of a 2023 Winnebago Roam.While waiting for the delivery date, Matt promptly responded to our email inquiries concerning after-market accessories.We reside nearly 150 miles away from the dealership; my husband needed assistance with transportation. Matt arranged for a staff member to pick up my husband from the Amtrak bus station and be driven to the dealership. He also assisted with the schedule of the vehicle orientation time.
