Let me start by saying that both Kevin and James are without a doubt, the kindest human beings. I was having issues with my safe and they spent a considerable amount of time helping me, by walking me through tedious different options to try to get my safe working properly. I was in tears at one point but Kevin and James were both not only professional but able to walk me through and get things working properly. Unbelievable customer service. I highly recommend using this business for all your Safe needs. Not only were they friendly. They were kind, caring and truly interested in making sure that I got things working properly. Purchased a new Liberty Safe 3/28/24 and it was delivered and set up perfectly. Nick and Doug came out to complete the installation. Nick explained how everything works. I cant begin to tell you how satisfied I was with the easy purchase and installation. My neighbor recently purchased a large safe from these folks.He raved about the quality of service and delivery. I saw the moving sale add and dropped into the shop. Kevin took the time to help me narrow down the right safe. Very helpful and no pressure. Will and Cody did the delivery. They traversed brand new LVP and tiled floors and light-colored carpeted stairs with a 180 turn midway. Install went perfect!! Not a single issue. Everyone was professional and a pleasure to work with. I should have done this sooner!

I have a 20+ year old floor safe. All of a sudden I could not access my safe due to an internal mechanical failure. I had visions of blow torch or chop saw. I contacted Liberty by phone and Kevin walked me through a couple of trials and errors. Kevin set me up with locksmith and this man was a magician. In 20 minutes he had diagnosed the problem, opened the safe, found the worn part, changed the part everything put back together in just over an hour. Since I was the original purchaser all done at no cost to me. Thanks guys.

Liberty Safe won me over with their name and then my husband filled me in on the rest! My husband was shopping around for the perfect safe for some time (6+months)! He does a lot of research and when he narrowed it down we looked at a few in person, but when he told me Liberty Safe was just right here in Sacramento I made it a point to take the time to pop by when we just so happened to be in town! Their was a gentleman my husband talked to before our visit (my apologies for not getting his name) and he was there when we arrived, but I believe he was helping other customers so Nick helped get the paperwork done after I got the honor of picking the color! We set up a delivery date that worked well with our work schedule and they showed up right on time! I even got a phone call when they were about 30 minutes away which is always helpful! Two gentleman nicely dressed in Liberty wear showed up ready to get the job done! Will and Loren did an amazing job! First delivery EVER that not only went super efficient, but absolutely no damage to any walls or doors and no clean up on my end (upstairs, around the corner & bolted in our master closet)! I stayed out of their way so I didnt get to see them do all their hard work, but I know they worked hard! So if you are shopping around for an awesome safe that is USA made with all your specific needs, I am pretty positive you wont be disappointed overall!! From their products, to their staff and store/showroom! One thing I will recommend as well is to invest in the fingerprint unlock upgrade and lights! After purchasing a couple of other safes I must say these are a must!!! Just dont forget about the plug for the light like I did! Easy fix though!! One more thing!! I really try to reserve the 5 stars for the best of the best.And, so there comes a time in our life when we realize, that the price of protection is less than the price of replacement, and that our most precious things can never be replaced. With that in mind I went to Liberty Safes in W.Sac.It was on a Saturday afternoon. I called ahead to be shure they were open. I keep having to learn to do that the hard way. Not going to mention the other place that was supposed to be open and wasnt. So upon arrival I noticed a couple safes lined up outside. Inner thoughts were, this is cool let me check them out.Quickly finished that and headed inside where I was immediately greeted, with a feel free to look around any questions, let us know.Perfect. The store had like 6 people in it kinda busy.It felt very inviting. I was very impressed by the service and team. The store and products were clean and the employees friendly. There were Safes galore, Boy o boy liberty got the Safes and more.So after roaming the aisles until I ran into something that seemed to fill the needs of what I was looking for I went on up to the front desk where I believe Loren or Doug helped me with all my questions, whoever it was isnt important because they both were 100 percent helpful to me with my purchase and setting up delivery/installation it was a breeze. Its definitely a great team in the building.Delivery took a couple days maybe a week but it was right on time. 15 minutes before the delivery window I got a phone call from Will letting me know, on way and arriving soon.Pulled up handled business,Will and Austin were great very professional and great at the task at hand. In conclusion, Liberty Safes is from my experiences a great place.The customer service exceeds expectations, both in store and from delivery services, I will return for years to come.Ps. If youre worried about moving your Safes after you buy it, they do that too.Thanks guys see ya soon, I need accessories.

Ive had a Liberty safe for 8 years and the safe is amazing. I just actually had Doug from Liberty. Safe come out and service my safe. He was amazing. Very professional. This being said Im looking at trading my safe in. I was told by Doug then I might be able to bring my safe in for an appraisal and possibly be able to trade it in. Well Im there. I just called to make sure that I could bring my safe in and the guy on the phone decided to argue with me and tell me that I need to send an email with pictures and everything else and that he refused to ask anybody if I could just bring my safe in so that I could trade it in.This behavior tells me that this guy has control issues and hes not even well versed in the law about safes because he tried to tell me it may or may not be against the law, but hes not willing to figure it out. I did ask him if he would be willing to find out if I could bring the safe in for an appraisal and he then told me that I just need to email them anyway rather than just asking the question while I was on the phone.Sadly I didnt catch his name. I know for a fact it was not Kevin and I know for a fact it was not. Doug, I am very disappointed in how this person acted. Hopefully the owner will see this and figure it out and maybe educate his staff so that they dont have to have control issues and so that they dont have to argue with customers.I have since been able to talk to Kevin. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions. He even called me to talk to me about to check in on my unique situation to see if there was anything else he could to help me out.

My husbands safe would not open with the known code all of the sudden in the midst of duck duck goose season. Those who hunt will understand the desperation for Liberty to pull thru and get his safe open ASAP!! Kevin helped me troubleshoot the lock and determined its keypad was malfunctioning and would need to get a locksmith to our home to swap it out!! it was only a few days until a locksmith arrived and got the door open and the keypad switched out. He was a nice gentleman and performed his work quickly and was gone in a flash as was my husband out to the blind! All jokes aside I really appreciate the staff at liberty for coming to the rescue!

Will and KB brought our new FatBoy Jr Extream and had our safe set up and installed in no time. I really appreciate the wonderful job these guys did from me walking into the showroom and the safe arriving on time. Both of these pros navigated our front steps and floors with no damage at all. They also made sure our furry friends didn’t escape. I think the most important thing to me was the lifetime warranty on this beautiful safe. I had actually bought a Chinese Sierra safe from Costco but couldn’t cancel the order fast enough when I found all the complaints on line about them. If ANY thing goes wrong with my Liberty Safe, all I have to do is pick up the phone. Oh and I didn’t mention the $500 rebate they gave me. That aloud me to afford a bigger safe. Try these guys out. Given the most recent press I felt compelled to write a review. Not only for Loren and Doug, but also Liberty as a business. YES, I disagree with how quickly they folded publicly. BUT, here is the sad reality - if those 3 letter agencies want in, theyre getting in. Period.I received a USA 36, its cost effecient and suits all my needs easily. The entire process exceeded my expectations; from payment to install was less than a week. Loren and Doug were right on time, even after offering to come a bit early (I had Zoom meetings I couldnt break from). Again, even with me pushing back on being a bit early, they didnt balk for second, Yes, sir. See you then. I was blown away at how fast and efficient they were. Maybe 15-min. Professional, walked me through all the issues with the press and the realities of safes in general. Even offered to purge the back-door code from their encrypted databases by signing a waiver.I would strongly refer any friend or family member to buy Liberty and urge them to work with Liberty Safes of Sacramento.Thank you Loren and Doug!

Nick and Will - the installers who came - were very efficient and quick but also very thorough and clean and worked very patiently with us through all our questions and change requests including moving our bed to give us more room. They are very knowledgeable, I hade never purchased or owned a safe before. They answered all my questions and were very helpful in helpping me pick out a safe. No pressure just super helpful. But what really shocked me was their customer service! Everyone in the store was very nice, easy to talk to, and helpful! They offered my kids drinks and have a great area for kids to hang out while the parents shop. From purchase to installation everything was fantastic and professional. I did the transaction at the Sacramento location but my safe was delivered from San Jose. Communication was excellent. The San Jose office called me 20 minutes after I left Sacramento to confirm delivery. Delivery guys called me when they were twenty minutes out from my house. They installed, leveled and wiped down my new safe. Then they went over all the features, warranty and made sure I could set up my code. I would highly recommend Liberty Safe.PSThere is no sales pressure. They just help you pick out the safe that is right for you.

New definition of customer support: Liberty SafeWe inherited a Liberty Lincoln safe when my FIL passed away last year and while I was stoked to upgrade my old box, moving it from his former home ours presented some logistical challenges. In a HIGHLY un-recommended effort to save some time my brother in law and I nearly ended up beneath that beautiful half-ton of American manufacturing - for anyone considering DIY safe-moving please take our advice and just call Liberty’s Service Dept first!Somehow the combo assembly survived unscathed and the door and internal latches actually function as smoothly as ever still, once we got it pointing the correct direction, but the black chrome lock handles took a beating. I didn’t see replacements listed on the website so I called Liberty during business hours and was immediately assisted by a knowledgeable, courteous, super-helpful team member who took all the pertinent info on the safe, along with shipping and contact details, and told me they would drop-ship a brand new center hub and three spokes for the door opener immediately. I began to rattle off my credit card info and he stopped me and told me the replacement bits were free of charge. I had to remind the very kind gentleman that mine was as far from a ‘manufacturer defect’ as you could get, rather pure consumer-idiocy at work! No matter, he says, they have an unwritten ‘buy-once/cry-once’ policy at Liberty, and believe that loyalty is a two-way street…Are you paying attention kids?? This is how you run a company, at least one that you actually believe in, every single transaction doesn’t HAVE to generate a monetary return. After this experience I’ll never consider another brand for any sort of security need again, for myself, my family, friends, and anyone unfortunate to end up within earshot of me when I get to talkin’ Liberty Safes - their simple gesture made not just a client, it created a lifetime advocateOutstanding American quality that goes way beyond the product, Liberty Safe is absolutely the real deal 👍👍

My Centurian was delivered yesterday and I am thrilled to have it. Pete and Will handled the delivery and setup. These guys are great. They are fast, efficient, knowledgeable and very professional. The installation went faster and easier than I could have expected. After cleaning up and removing an old safe I was given a brief tutorial, my questions were answer and I completed a practice run through to reset the combination. Absolutely a fantastic experience from start to finish at Liberty Safes! Dirty Dan and the team at Liberty are beyond awesome. I received comprehensive technical education regarding the choices in safes. After understanding my individual needs in a safe, Dan directed me to the models which would best meet those needs. He patiently explained the difference between my choices, including the pros/cons of each, and also taking into account the cost differences. There was no pressure to buy and no attempts to up sale me to a pricey model - in fact, he suggested I go with a model providing me the best upgrades in a lower cost range. I wanted a safe that was both functional and pretty - I didnt even get any teasing for considering colors and finish in my final choice criteria. The store stayed open late to let me finish my selection process and Kevin worked me into the delivery schedule within 3 business days. Pete and Bailey were the most polite delivery team - calling ahead to check in and arrived ahead of schedule. They pointed out concerns in the delivery path and worked to resolve them, ensuring there wouldnt be damage to my entry door. They even helped me select the best location in my room for the final resting spot. The overview of general safe operation, how to clean it, and how to register was thorough and they offered to repeat any information, checking with me to ensure I was comfortable with the instructions. They even helped me set up the initial passcode, which was done while maintaining my privacy. And to top if off, they took care of hauling off my old safe (an inferior brand). After they departed, I realized the internet outlet was blocked by the safe and I had no way to access it. I called and they came back out within the hour to move the safe, plug in my cord and reset the safe back - including leveling, shimming and adjusting the door - ALL OVER AGAIN! This was done at no charge and when I offered a tip, it was refused twice, as they explained it was simply their service to ensure I was 100% happy. Seriously, this entire experience was flawless. I think Dan should write a book on honestly and value in business - something missing from most of our buying experiences these days. All of the team went out of their way to ensure I was taken care of and they exceeded all expectations I had. Now I just need to buy more guns so I can repeat the thrill of buying from Liberty!! Great Job! I needed a Lincoln 50 moved to a new house and I’m glad I called these guys to do it. Well worth the money if you have a nice 1200 lb. safe you need to move. Doug and Bailey did an amazing job and made it look easy. They had to move it across a hardwood floor and then down 3 tiled steps to get it out of the old house. Then, up 2 stairs at the new house and across tile again. No nicks, scratches on the floor and they wrapped and padded the safe before moving and even cleaned it when it got to its new location. First, I don’t know the first thing about safes, the amazing people at Liberty Safes took the time to email me the differences in the safes, what I wanted in a safe like fire ratings. I knew some were fire proof but didn’t understand the ratings, sizes of safes, weights of safes.... they took the time to tell me everything!Second, the install team called ahead of time to tell me that they were on the way, they arrived early. Custom ordered a new safe using their no payments for 90 days 12 months interest deferred financing. Everything went great on the order and financing was easy. The terms the bank sent after loan approval to finalize the paperwork seems a little deceptive for the promo advertised, but in the end the same. The 90 days 12 month deferred starts the day of your order not when you receive the merchandise. Things went silent and then just over two months later I call to check the order status and was informed my safe had just arrived so we scheduled delivery. My safe was delivered but the little 2.99 sticker was not with the safe. I informed the driver and said just mail it to me. I never received the 2.99 black powder inside sticker. But they charged me for it. We paid our safe off almost two months before the promo financing ended. The bank reports your balance as if there was no promo financing so it shows a slower pay off and higher balance than you owe on your credit report. The next statement date came and went and the bank left the old balance of 6464 even though the payoff was 5335.05. We disputed and the account was shown closed paid. The next day it was reported again with the 6464.00 balance and open . This is now a month and a half since we paid it off. This had a negative effect on my credit score. Buyer beware when using their financial arm and dont take delivery even if they promise to give you the missing items.

Ordered my safe July 1st, arrived at my doorstep August 6th. Special order design & was out of stock when I placed my order, so delivery to the dealer and then to me took about a month. Liberty Safes of Sacramento understood my situation and arranged a delivery date for me. I was told it would be here August 6th between the hours of 2-4pm. Drilled it in and finished installation of the lights and a new digital lock on the old safe.Full instruction on lock function, warranty, rebates and other issues which might come up, and they were in and out in less than an hour. I called Liberty Safes of Sacramento at 4:48 to find out if I could bring my combination lock safe in for someone to help me open it. To my surprise and delight, Dan, patiently walked me through the process to open my safe. He was extremely patient with me as it took several tries to figure out the correct sequences of numbers and turns that worked. Miraculously, he got me though the process and I was able to open my safe. Never once did Dan lose patience with me, and as we passed the 5:00 pm closing time, never once did he mention that it was pass closing time. This is what I call excellent customer service - the kind of customer service that is less and less routine these days. Thank you, Dan. I appreciate your taking the time to help me.

Bailey and Pete called me twice to let me know they were ahead of schedule and how far out they were. The safe looks amazing and you really do get what you pay for. Drove up to this location from Fairfield to get our safe. The guys in the showroom were very knowledgeable and professional. Took us around and asked what we were looking for and knew exactly what our safe needs were. They didnt try and oversell us on things we didnt need. Got a great price on a great quality made safe. Was able to take it home that day. They did the heavy lifting and loaded the safe into the truck. They even offered us drinks and even before we left offered drinks to go for our drive back to Fairfield.
