I showed up at 7:10am, the doors were still locked but promptly opened when I tapped. I was going to use my mobile app but it kept telling me that the items I was ordering were not available at this time of day (Steak-egg-cheese-bagel, Caramel Frappe).Once in the store I explained the mobile order app dilemma, and the Manager walked me through the process of ordering on the Kiosk so that I could get my points. She was very polite and professional. My food was ready in no time at all and I was in my way.Great Customer Service!! Thank you very much it made my day much smoother.

Shame on management shame on ownership shame on you I accepted a three dollar order that shouldve been ready immediately, but wasnt they had a worse time than Applebees with nobody inside Ive been doing DoorDash and Uber for eight years. I came to this location. I excepted a job. It took me 12 minutes to get there to pick it up and I sat inside for another 10 minutes and then finally they gave me my order they have this order for 22 minutes. This is worse than a restaurant. The staff was a bunch of clowns. Theyre so slow there was nobody inside there was one customer in the drive-through and thats it. Literally one customer inside one in the drive-through and it takes 20 plus minutes to do a mobile order this place is a joke. I go to McDonalds all day every day and never have i been to a McDonalds like this. I cant believe that they have a location like this and its managed like this. Theres no other location like this. No other McDonalds in the state of California makes you wait for a Uber order 22 minutes when the place is empty. so obviously this place cannot handle mobile orders or DoorDash or Uber or anything thats coming through as an order. They have the audacity to make us wait 10 minutes with the empty restaurant and they had a 13 minute heads up about the order. You guys need to turn off your app because you guys cant handle it you guys are mediocre . And for the ownership that doesnt understand how to run a store turn off your apps you guys cant handle the apps youre ruining drivers time and wasting our money and I said shame on you guys. You guys are horrible. Major update about this location. Nothing has changed. I accepted an order 10 minutes away. I get here theres nobody inside. They havent started the order. It takes him five minutes to make the breakfast platter and then they realize that they didnt make the hashbrowns to go with it so they Took another five minutes theyre sitting there with Moby looking faces not doing anything and they cant even prepare an order on time or ahead of time. Theres no other location like this. Its either the management is stupid or its ownership.

This is a newer or newly renovated restaurant so it was nice inside. Food was normal for a McDonalds but a bit disappointed in the service. Ordering and paying at the kiosk directs you to get a table number and wait at the table for your order. Dont know if it is laziness or what on the part of the workers but this didnt happen. Just loudly called my order contents and left it on the counter, no order number or nothing. Didnt realize what had happened until a longer than usual time had past and went looking for my meal.

Super friendly staff, but didnt listen to me when I asked for a reglular tea which clearly meant I wanted it to be plain nothing added. The staff insisted I get sweet tea or mix the unsweetened with the sweet one. I said I wanted unsweetened thank you.She then gave me sweetened tea. I dont know why she wanted to force me to have sweet tea, if I was a diabetic or had a certain allergy, this couldve caused all sorts of serious issues. Listen to customers not your own apetite. GeeshAnd it annoys the heck out of me that a tiny bag of apple slices costs what an entire bag would at a grocery store. Just greedy.

The place is full of incompetent Hispanics who literally never do their jobs right, like there is ALWAYS something, I understand how they keep there job, its because the place is full of the same type of people, uneducated incompetent family members, never doordash or order online here you are only wasting your money as nothing will come as you ordered it, they will leave out the condiments you want, give you no utensils, if you ask for cream and sugar in your coffee dont expect any. EtcVery very sad, needs new ownership or to be shut down.

I dont know if its a language barrier or what but they keep getting my order wrong. I order Steak and Egg Bagel and they must be hearing Bacon and Eggs because thats what I keep getting. Theres always a delay when you come to the drive through, I guess whoever is taking the order cant take orders and money from the window at the same time. I tried to give them a chance but Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

Wow. Worst experience at a McDonalds I think ever. Ordered curbside, waited 12 minutes before finally going inside the restaurant. Stood there at the pick up counter for another 5 minutes before a rude cashier comes up and says order at the kiosk. I’m in the pick up line. And there were two gentlemen standing patiently in line waiting to order because they were paying in cash and didn’t understand how to use the kiosk respectively. Continued to wait as another curbside order was finally given out at the front counter. Gentleman ordered a sweet tea, apparently only available in the back and the employees couldn’t even read the receipt for the drinks and so had to ask for the drink again after having to also come inside the store to pick up his order. After having waited now 20 minutes for my curbside order I had to go inside for, the employee says, spot 3 and hands me my order that had obviously been sitting there for a considerable time since it was there before I’d entered the establishment. Food was cold. Cheese was basically just regular American from the fridge slapped on the burger. I’d have understood if there was a long line or if they were busy but their KDS showed only 1 ticket on the screen and there was no one in drive thru and nothing on the pickup screen. No excuses for such subpar performance and terrible food. Go anywhere else besides this location.

They dont listen correctly when you order and try to give you items you didnt asked for ugh why do I have problems at this location more than any other. Might as well go to the mcds down the street.

I keep Going To Get My Frappe In The Morning I Always Order It With 2 Expresso Shots And No Whip Cream & they Are Always Messing Up They either Dont Put My Expresso Shots Or They Put Whiped Cream & I Just End Up Upset
