During a time when most brick and mortar stores are losing business due to e-commerce and online stores you would think that they would focus more on customer service.I understand the mask mandate. However I did not have one to wear in the store. Before they even welcomed me they asked about my mask.I told him that I dont have one and that I ran out, but yet they dont give any out to the customers that need them.Little things would go a long way like offering masks to your customers they dont have anymore.Helpful tip when encountering a customer at the front door... Welcome to Big 5. Would you happen to have a mask?A warm welcome would be appreciated before giving orders to a customer. And if a customer does not have one to put on, maybe have some in stock to give away for free. Other companies do it, you should be able to as well if you care about retaining your client base.
