This store is very tight to walk through. I always feel like Im in someones way when shopping. The selection is good but pricing is not always competitive. Ive found Basketballs and footballs for quite a bit less at other stores. The shoes are a good value when on sale. The parking lot is large and well kept.

That cashier girl I think i heard her name was MARIAH is so unprofessional, i never write reviews on stores but she made me feel unwelcome and has rude face expressions.when i left she just handed me my item in a rude way and didn’t say thank you or anything.Not only that but she was ARGUING n had a very mean tone with her afternoon guy manager in front of customers about work, about her not wanting to come into work that day n had to come in at 5pm, this happened yesterday. Seems like she doesn’t want to work there. She needs to be gone, made me not want to come here again. Smh

The cashier made me wait until she was finished talking to her co-worker before she gave me my receipt. Not only was she unprofessional, but the security kid stands right by the check-out line, staring at customers. I dont know if he was trying to intimate people with his staring or if he had a bad day but he made it uncomfortable, especially since hes someone Id make do my homework. Very uncomfortable visit to this store.

I visited Store #49 in Stockton, California looking for a particular type of shoe. I was met by Jontae who helped me quickly find the most comfortable shoe. Between being helped by Jontae and the friendliness of the cashier Ebony it was a delight to patron Big Five! - Gay Lynn Marquez

I was looking for combat/military boots and went to 3 different stores... I should have came to Big 5 Sporting Goods first! The staff was super helpful in getting me different sizes and patiently waited while I tried multiple boots and running shoes. While checking out, Isabella was super nice and we would able to use a coupon that my brother found on google. Overall, if you have any outdoor needs, visit Big 5 first! :)

When I went in, I was looking for snow pants. I had asked for someone to be called two times and no one showed to help me. When other customers and employees were talking and ringing up their items I stood and waited for a good 20-30 minutes waiting for someone to help me and no one did. Then as I walked out I only got an “I’m sorry ma’am”, after I had wasted enough time in that isle and could not find what I was looking for. I bought nothing and will not come back to this location based off of the fact that they value some customers conversations over helping another customer. I am very displeased.

After Ebay, Amazon and Dicks all failed me...Big 5 Sporting Goods to the rescue. Finally found a good pair of running shoes for the wife n I. Got both of them on sale plus a $10 off coupon that just expired for $90 OTD. What a Bargain with an awesome shopping experience. Saved major $$$

I have nothing bad to say other then the old security guard is always staring wich makes me very uncomfortable other then that the official employees àre nice and friendly smile

Every shelf was filled with fully stocked items to a point where it almost was cluttered but atleast the items where there. Could use some better organizing but beats going to the mall when you dont want to deal with parking and lines.
