Im a music producer who works in Redondo Beach. The DC jack on the inside of my laptop that contains all of my projects broke and it literally had to be sautered back on to the motherboard. I originally called a computer repair shop in the area and they said they wouldnt do it because their success rate for this problem wasnt good. Frys quoted me 2 weeks to fix it. That wasnt an option for me. I found Paul online and explained to him how detrimental to my business this problem was and he was able to get it back to me completely repaired in 3 days! The best part was that he was actually cheaper than Frys! I couldnt be more ecstatic with his amazing service and will never go anywhere else for my computer needs. Seriously, stop your search here if you need computer assistance!

My iMac 27” computer needed a new motherboard. I went to the Apple store to find that they were going to charge me over $1800.00 for the repair. I then call around to find that most places were going to charge me from $1000 - $1250 for the same repair. After reading some reviews, I decided to call Quick Fix Computer services at 1827 Redondo Ave., Long Beach, CA 90803I spoke to Ash whom I later found was the owner. Ash quoted me a price of only $500.00, parts and service. I really had my doubts, however I dropped of the computer and waiting for a few days for them to get to it, as we had agreed. The technician called me back some days later to confirm that the motherboard needed to be replaced and said that it would be just under $900.00. I informed him that somebody by the name of Ash quoted me $500.00 parts and labor. The technician politely put me on hold, talked to Ash, then came back to me and said that the motherboard was much more expensive than he thought, however they would stand behind their quote. It is at that time I found out the Ash was the owner.The bottom line was, every person I talked to was polite and competent. The service was great and on time. And they stand behind what they say and do. I will recommend them to anybody at an A+ rating.

I spilled a pretty big glass of water on my MacBook Air as I was finishing entering about a years worth of data, which wasnt backed up. It blacked out instantly and it was terrifying. Needless to say I nearly lost my mind, even more so when I visited three other shops in the South Bay and they told me that I would have to wait 3-5 days until they actually took a LOOK at it. I would have to wait THREE to FIVE days for them to inspect the water damage. I mean, there was water literally dripping out of this computer.All I could think about was how much corrosion would occur after that wait period. I finally found Pacific Premier and they told me that they would open it that day and call me that afternoon. Sure enough, only 2.5 hours after I got the call, saying that there was no extensive damage and that I could pick up my computer the next afternoon. I was so relieved, and sure enough my computer was up and running just like new when I picked it up the next day. Great service, friendly, fast, super reasonable rates, and never mean and condescending (like the other shops I visited).I absolutely recommend this shop to anyone with a Mac, I couldnt have asked for a better experience!

The SugarShot Team has been a wonder to work with since the beginning of my employment with TCS. There might be some delays (BY that i mean it could take a couple of minutes more to solve the issue) due to the nature of the remote service they provide. However, on my experience, they have always been willing to help, and to Dum Down the terminology when dealing with not people that are not computer savvy.
