I took 2 of my posters to get laminated and they not only ruined the job but ruined my originals. To make matters worst scar tried to put the blame on us by saying we never said it was double sided. Their manager Rene took care of us and reimbursed us but definitely never going again.

I visited the Gardena Staples to exchange an incorrect ink cartridge and was amazed to learn Staples no longer offer exchanges; but did provide me with a refund of the current retail price on a gift card. I was able to complete my exchange with a minimal price difference. I was a satisfied but confused customer.

I see some of the reviews for this store are not good.Although, my review is great. I received such wonderful customer service from the employees at this store. From the security guard you greeted me as I walked in, to lose who approached me to see if I needed help. I did need help and he helped me and didnt rush. Also since I was still in the store another employee named Raeshawn asked if I needed help and I did. He was very thorough in helping me and took his time to make sure I understood everything I was asking about.Last but not least the cashier, she was kind and asked if I had a rewards account which I did and she helped me with it. I received excellent customer service from all the employees I encountered. Thanks Staples!! Keep up the good work to the employees I encountered!! I recommend this Staples!!

Came to purchase Liquid-Armour( name of item) for my new phone. I asked for a price match, the same individual attending me happen to be the manager, named Renee. She flat out told me NO even after I asked her to look up my account and see for herself that I have purchased this item twice in the last month with the price matched from a different vendor. She disregarded me completely and yelled out NEXT” for the next person in line...lol what does one say about that? Lol

I dont know how to express my gratitude towards an associate who works here her name is Carmen I wish I had knew her last name so I could post it as well but she treated me with the utmost respect and courtesy and professionalism I have ever experienced in a private or public setting she is a wonderful human being that obviously takes pride in what she does it was so simple what she helped me with yet it went a long way without her help I could have not finished the project of the picture I posted it was a project I needed to do for a opening of a restaurant of which the paint store cannot match the colors thus I needed to print out a larger photocopy of the painting instructions and what they had sent me was too small she took the time to fix what I needed and make it bigger so the paint store can match the Pantone colors off of the print to say the least everything went smoothly after that I tell you I had a rough day and she just made it that much easier because of the care she took to take care of my needs I cant praise her enough

Awful staff at the drop off counter for the UPS etc.They intentionally ignore you while they attend to their own tasks etc.They always keep me waiting for more than 10 minutes when I just need to drop off a UPS box etc.

Was told online that my order was ready came to this location very unprofessional location the manager Curtis did come out and speak with me after I was told he would not have time. no help. I ordered in advance so I would not have to go through this this location needs to be better trained then I said that I wanted the order I was ignored me and my children were delayed for our appointment staff member Rodrigo Roberto was helping us were just standing around its 8:25..very ghetto location.. Heavy set black guy with tattoos.. no help at all.. manager just there for no reason...

I have been in this particular location twice in the last month. I am not a business owner anymore so, my needs have changed. However, the management has incredibly improved in this location!! Today I was able to get the product I was looking for, at a discounted place, and I got the best price in the area. This morning ivwent to Best Buy ready to buy but I was roaming around for 20 min looking for a sales person; I finally asked the manager and he told me that he only had 2 people helping so I left desapointed and unsatisfied. At Staples Manny was my sales person, his sales manners changed my impression of this location. He offered good advice, gave his personal recommendation without being pushy, answered all of my questions, and looked for extra coupons I could use to lower the price of my purchase. The assistant manager Joseph carried my heavy load all the way to my car. On my previous visit the guard greeted me with a friendly smile and after noticing my wondering eyes trying to locate a product she herself pointed me to the right location. Needless to say, the personalized customer service changed this sporadic consumer into a customer. I will definitely be back to get their products and services. They have made of me a VERY satisfied customers. If I were the owner I would give them a big, fat, bonus on their next pay check. This location is highly recommended!!

Store had plenty of employees but not a lot of customers only one other in the copy area. Staff was definitely not helpful. Cashier asked me if I was a reward member or had a reward. Never asked me if I wanted to sign up or explain what it was. I regret not stopping at the UPS store where they send the fax for you and charge much less. Not to mention they enjoy answering questions and helping you out. Wouldn’t recommend this business.

I was in there just the other day and was welcomed as soon as I entered and asked if I need any help. When I was finished making my copies I asked to use the bathroom and there was someone there to open it before I got there. Ive never ever had a bad experience in that store, been doing business there for over four years.....

This is my first time at this location. As soon as walk in i was welcome. I went to do a lot of copies today. One of your crew member.(staples representative) name GISELA help me she was really nice. Good actitud, her tone of voice was so nice all the time even tho she was so bussy because there were alot of people they were doing copies today she will always come and help me.Thank you so much Gisela for all your help i hope you get a raise. This is a great Staples store. So why the one star review? : The staff is scarce nowhere to be found most of them are on break or in the back room but you wont find them in the showroom floor. If you have questions good luck and expect to wait. Theres plenty of parking and the stores kept tidy and clean there doesnt seem to be anything wrong with this store only the employees. But I believe upper management is to blame no one else.

They have a African man that is the manager or whatever he is it was like pulling teeth to get him to help then he sent the nice little short lady with blue sapphires earring to helps us we asked several time multiple questions and the store just open at 9am so you were not busy I was not pleased at all

Stay OUT of this Retailer ..They are Dishonest, Unethical, Unprofessional, and have associates including Store Managers that do NOT Have a Clue as to the products they offer, Weekly products offered in their ADS, and even when the Dishonest information is brought to their corporate offices they do NOTHING to correct ANY of the many issues their customers are experiencing. YOU DO NOT NEED THIS RETAILER…GO ONLINE AND FIND THE THINGS YOU NEED FOR LESS AND FROM REPUTABLE RETAILERS

I go there regularly and live in Gardena. Tech support is on their game. Be aware though, that during mid day rush, they have one person walking the tech floor and another working the computer repair counter. Also bought a laptop from there, Jaime walked me through it and set up my profile for the different applications.Copy center can use a little more personal. Go in prepared and be a little patient, uslelly only one person working that counter.Store is well stocked and orderly. Super clean bathrooms, which is a plus when you have kids.
