I received so many compliments from recruiters and employers regarding my resume. I also got calls from many successful companies. Robert takes time to get to know you and write a resume that really emphasizes your major accomplishments, skills, etc. His prices are reasonable and more than worth it. I highly recommend PhoenixHR for their resume, cover letter and LinkedIn services. Robert was beyond helpful. He was able to transform my old resume from a criminal justice background to sales. I was on a strict deadline and he was able to meet all of my expectations and do so by my crazy deadline. Words can’t express how thankful I am to have found PhoenixHR LLC! I’ve been having a hard time putting a resume together for a different career field. It was hard for me to translate current work experience and obligations when relating it to a new field. However, Robert did it! Not only did he help create a professional, detailed, clear and coherent resume for me, but he also helped with advice. Robert has a background in Human Resource which is plus when comparing his resume services to other companies. Because of his background he knows what HR/recruitment departments look for when hiring and recruiting applicants. Additionally, Robert helped create a very detailed LinkedIn profile for me. I am completely new to LinkedIn so having Robert walk me through all the “ins and outs” was very helpful. Lastly, I would like to add that Robert is extremely professional and has a wonderful character. My experience with PhoenixHR was extremely valuable, much more than I expected. This is my first time using a resume writing service and honestly, I only contacted them because my partners relocation package offered reimbursement for this. But Im glad I went ahead with it.I got the services for resume writing, the LinkedIn profile, and the cover letter. I worked with Robert on all this through a series of phone calls. What I liked most was that, during the phone calls, he walks you through his thought process. He gathers info from you but he also gives you context as to why hes asking, explaining the angle hes trying to use on your resume.In addition, with his extensive HR background, he had a wealth of knowledge on recommended job search practices. During our phone calls, I would pepper him with questions that he was more than happy to answer. I actually ended up taking a good amount of notes myself during these calls because the info seemed worth keeping.

Amidst a sea of resume writing services online, I was referred by a friend to PhoenixHR LLC. My inquiry was answered promptly by Robert, the owner of the company. I was immediately impressed by his professionalism on the phone and the amount of time he spoke with me to gather information and explain the process. I decided to have him take care of my resume and my LinkedIn profile. Bottom Line: Roberts work paid off for me! My job search is now over and Ive been hired by a major company. I believe that it was because of the way Robert packed my resume and LinkedIn profile with keywords, structured them the right way, and strategically captured my skills and talents that I showed up in so many recruiters search results on the various resume posting websites and on LinkedIn. I stopped keeping track after I was hired, but at that time, over 200 recruiters had contacted me. The PHOENIX is the only one company where your $ will be spent on quality.My job requires a huge amount of language and nomenclature nuances that most people wouldn’t care to learn about let alone convey in a resume.
