Very disappointed with their service. My husband sent our HP all in one computer to fix the hard drive issue. but was told that their technician accidently damaged the touch screen, which worth in $500+! After negotiation they only gave us $50 credit, but we still have to pay full amount of their labor fee, otherwise cannot get back my computer. Never ever try to look for them again!

After the Apple store wouldnt touch an iPhone 14 Pro Max that ended up with water damage (even though it shouldnt have sustained water damage - but thats a different story), I called Wireless Planet to attempt data recovery. While nothing was guaranteed - they communicated clear expectations and their prices were significantly less than larger companies in the LA area. They were able to fully recover ALL the data on my partners phone that hadnt been backed up in over a year (think family pictures). Im grateful to have this local company available, and happy to support them.

This place is amazing, it should have 100 stars. Fixed my daughters iPad, the screen was shattered and the frame was bent. Fixed it and replaced the power port and it’s like new. Was much less expensive than I thought and they were super responsive and did great work.

Great service and fast turnaround. Walked in with my Lenovo Thinkpad P1 Gen 2 because I couldnt get secondary M.2 ssd screw unscrewed (only a month old OOTB). They had to drill it out and replace it and they installed my secondary ssd, formatted, and tested it all out for me. And very reasonable price. Thank you Bijan and David.

Brought wifes iPhone 11 Pro Max in with a cracked screen and opted for non-OEM replacement. I was warned that facial recognition would no longer work and I agreed to save ~$100.Fast turnaround but the phone never worked quite right afterwards but we were too busy to bring it back.Nine months later I want to trade it in for the new 15. Our carrier inspects the phone and says the moisture indicator was damaged and they couldnt accept it for the trade-in.Lesson learned: dont seek discount repairs from the neighborhood repair shop.

I was referred to this location back in 2016 when I needed to replace the glass on a cell phone. I received such great service then that they were the first place I thought of when I needed a new glass face for my current phone. Just like before, quick, knowledgeable, and friendly service.
