I have brought my 27 2010 Imac to Pacific Premier for two different problems. The first time it needed a new graphics card, the second a new hard drive. I have also brought my OLD labtop in to replace the hard drive with a larger one. I have been VERY please with the service each time. Darish charges fair prices, it has always been under $300 to the work and each time it has been like getting a new computer back. Turnaround is always less than a week. I highly recommend Pacific Premier

2023-08-24 04:30:45Fantastic experience with this Apple certified electronics/repair shop. My 4 month old macbook pros logic board short circuited and smelled burnt. I meant to take it to the apple store but accidentally made an appointment with this shop instead. I was pleasantly surprised with how much better the experience here was. The Apple stores (at least in LA) are crowded, overwhelming, and slow. But I trust them with my electronics. The thing is it always takes AT LEAST 1.5 week+ to get my electronics back since they have to ship out to their repair location. Pacific Premier Services gets parts shipped to them and they do everything in house so I got my laptop back in 48 HOURS (a day earlier than theyd originally estimated). Im a happy camper. Service was awesome and the guy working there is very nice and humble. I was nervous at first, but Im realizing I prefer supporting local small businesses like these that are so obviously great at what they do and very cut to the chase. Thanks again :)

2022-12-01 03:53:56This is a certified apple repair store, and I was really impressed with the service. I made an appointment online, had to make a last minute change, no problem. Drop off was a breeze, no wait at all. My laptop was still under warranty, so that was a plus. They replaced the battery and had it ready for pickup within 5 days I think. Great customer service. Small local business. I highly recommend using them for your tech issues!

2018-08-10 22:28:41Ive been to Pacific Premier about three times over the years for various Mac repair issues and am always thrilled with their service.Ive even bought a charger from them so if youd rather support a great local business they can be an option for some accessories too.They are fast and reasonably priced and genuinely very nice people to work with. I always feel like they know what they are talking about and giving me their honest opinion with no pressure and feel they are offering me the best options. I trust their service and strongly recommend them.

2018-01-19 10:05:09Overall nice people but im removing a star because:All I needed was the ribbon cable for my hard drive, and I knew that coming in. Why I had to drive there, check my computer in and drive back the next day for a 5 minute or less repair? I dont know.There were two people in the place, nobody waiting. Why couldnt they just take care of the repair while I wait? They might even charge a premium on top of the already exuberant price of $133.24 that I had to pay for a $20 part, to repair it while I wait. I expected an independent agency to be more flexible, but they gave service with a smile and did fix the issue.Listen to your customers :)

2016-12-28 17:43:46I spilled a pretty big glass of water on my MacBook Air as I was finishing entering about a years worth of data, which wasnt backed up. It blacked out instantly and it was terrifying. Needless to say I nearly lost my mind, even more so when I visited three other shops in the South Bay and they told me that I would have to wait 3-5 days until they actually took a LOOK at it. I would have to wait THREE to FIVE days for them to inspect the water damage. I mean, there was water literally dripping out of this computer.All I could think about was how much corrosion would occur after that wait period. I finally found Pacific Premier and they told me that they would open it that day and call me that afternoon. Sure enough, only 2.5 hours after I got the call, saying that there was no extensive damage and that I could pick up my computer the next afternoon. I was so relieved, and sure enough my computer was up and running just like new when I picked it up the next day. Great service, friendly, fast, super reasonable rates, and never mean and condescending (like the other shops I visited).I absolutely recommend this shop to anyone with a Mac, I couldnt have asked for a better experience!

2016-11-12 01:08:54Very humble, helpful and reasonable staff. I brought a MacBook Pro in because the screen was dead. It was 1 month from being out of warranty and the case was a bit ragged. I was worried that I would be charged with this! They quoted me 2 weeks and a worst case of $700. LESS than 48 hours later I had my fully functioning MacBook Pro back in my hands and at No Charge!

2016-01-16 18:33:34The owners are so friendly! They saved my MacBook Pro (and all of its data) from a really, really bad coffee spill on the entire keyboard that damaged the hard drive. The cost was MUCH more reasonable than what other local shops quoted me.

2016-10-01 17:32:44My macbook had crashed and the genius bar told me that i had to do data recovery before they could install a new hard drive. (170$ for a 250gb)i was super bummed because i thought it would be an easy fix, and it turned out that that it could be quite expensive. they gave me a list of places to call that performed data recovery and were certified, i called all 12 of them! I got quotes, i compared prices and turn around times, and Pacific Premier won, hands down. Some places quoted me as much as $800 for data recovery, with a minimum 300$ evaluation, 5-8 business days turn around....a Nightmare!!Pacific Premier was better priced then all of them and included a FREE evaluation! I didnt want to pay for data that could not be extracted so this was perfect. I was super happy to hear that their turn around time was one of the best from the list as well, only 2-3 days!I dropped off my mac on saturday afternoon and it was done come Tuesday morning. I got a nice courtesy call on Monday informing me about the Macs process. So I installed a new 500gb hard drive there because their price was ridiculously good for it!! Wayyyyyy better than at the apple store. I got my mac back, and it works so well, everything about my experience with this store has been super smooth and super friendly so I highly recommend Daryush their Engineer and this place to anyone who is going through Mac problems.

2011-11-12 01:05:28Very reputable place. I took my Toshiba laptop in, suspecting a major problem that couldnt be easily solved... maybe the motherboards power circuitry went bad. They looked at the laptop, couldnt figure out what was wrong and called me to come pick it up - no charge. They could have charged me a lot of money in labor cost, blindly replacing all kinds of parts, but they didnt. Much appreciated.Im going to buy a new laptop and if it has any problems, Ill definitely bring it to this computer repair shop because they are honest.
