My trusty 2014 Macbook pro finally gave out on me, started with the battery then CPU. Quick fix went above and beyond to diagnose and repair the issue but I ultimately went with their data recovery service to time machine backup the laptop. A few months later now, Ive purchased a new device and the time machine worked perfectly, keeping all of my precious data and setting. Thanks Quick Fix!!!

The brothers who own Quick Fix are honest, top notch technicians and I’m glad they’re in business together for about 18(?) years now.What can I say? They give accurate quotes, and deliver on time at a fair price. And if an unforeseen problem comes to light while being serviced? They promptly call, explaining the issues and options available to us the customers.So, my rec?If you need help with a PC (or as in my case an Apple) I’m confident that like me, you will find yourself better off for trusting these folks to resolve your hardware issues to your satisfaction.Thanks Guys!

This is the second time Ive come into this store and the first time was awesome! The second? Not so much..... I brought in my steam deck for a screen repair, i asked the very nice man when dropping it off if their technician had worked on steam deck screens before and he said yes, they had replaced them several times. And he was confident that he could. After they opened it to see what the issue was they called me and told me that they did not have the tools to do the repair and that I could come pick it up and take it somewhere else. When I went to pick it up the young man behind the counter was extremely rude, I was just asking what the issue was And he didnt have any answers for me. I asked if the technician that worked on it was there and he told me that the person was on lunch. I asked if he happened to write down any of the information so that when I took it to the new place I knew what the problem was, and he said that they didnt. Not this technician had worked on steam decks and done screen replacements for them and he said yes they had done them several times with no issues. I asked why this one was different if they had done them before, and he said that the technician just wasnt comfortable doing it. I am in complete agreement that if somebody is not comfortable doing something not to mess with it, but I was inquiring as to why he wasnt comfortable doing this one when hes done them before. The extremely rude Young man behind the counter said that all the technicians said was that it was complicated. None of this information was written down, the technician wasnt there so I couldnt ask and the young man behind the counter was extremely rude the entire time...Again, this is the second time that Ive used this company, the first time I had absolutely no problems. They were super nice. They got everything done in a timely manner. The one star rating is solely based on this experience and how rude and unprofessional this young man was

These guys have done a great job repairing, and even rebuilding my computers over the last 10 years. Always professional, attentive and truthful with what you need done even if you don’t wanna hear it.

The nerdy pasty skinned dork was pretty rude. It’s important he sees this message cause he was bitter, dismissive, and arrogant. He had a condescending tone the whole time I was there and didn’t attempt to diagnose the issue or try to recommend anything. He had a distinct polite tone when talking to people that were white, whereas this other woman and I, people of color, received aggressive dialogue and felt unwelcomed. Instead of acknowledging my devices, he kept referring them as “things” as if he had never seen Apple products but would look at me when he said it. It felt targeted as if I wasn’t even recognizable as a human being and it was a hostile experience.

Went for a laptop screen repair. only waiting was a week for the part to be shipped, the fix after that took maybe a few hours and I got it day after. transparent and thoughtful people. quick is right-visited the shop 4 times (initial, picking back up to have computer during wait, dropoff, pickup) and probably spent 30 minutes there total.

AVOID THIS BUSINESS! I wish I could give a lower rating than 1 star. FELIX was an uptight, unpleasant, and misogynistic employee who I was forced to deal with. After sending my friend to get a quote for my laptop, Felix said it would cost $227+tax to fix. However, upon bringing the exact same laptop in, only two days later, I was quoted $256+tax. They even called my phone two hours after I left the store to try and change the price to $285+tax! Ha! Shameless ridiculousness. The only variable that changed was my friend being a man and I being a woman. Not once was I taken seriously, not even as he walked back to his computer to resume playing his precious video game. No eye contact after putting him on the spot about changing the quote. Just a bunch of mumbling and aggressive behavior. Not to mention, the business scratched the metal of my laptop. I have pictures of the device when I dropped it off, and pictures of the new scratch directly from the pickup counter. Incompetent service and, not to mention, NOT a safe space.

Good customer service and return time. Did not feel like they were trying to scam or upscale me one single bit and their rush service is definitely a plus.Only complaint I have is they forgot to activate my replacement hard drive leading to some confusion initially. Not a big issue for someone who is technologically inclined but it’s definitely not something an every day person would know about. Other than that I would give them 5 stars.
