Very bad customer service; the person I spoke to on the phone could not properly explain their service plan and when I continued asking for details they just hung up in my face instead of passing me to another employee that had more knowledge. Im sad about this because when I went into the store location for computer service the person that handled me was so nice and helpful that I wanted to continue using their service. Now I have to find another Tech repair business.

I tried several fixes for my computer problem without success, so I called three local repair companies. Allen at Reliable Technology had just finished with a customer near me, and was able to come over right away. He diagnosed and cured the problem on my laptop, and offered several helpful tips regarding antivirus software and a battery setting, as well. His fee for this mobile repair service was so low I almost felt guilty paying that amount -- almost. I would not hesitate to call him regarding any future computer issue.

I was there for an hour doing some computer stuff and he really helps people out.So many rude people come in with a mean attitude and he is so calm and helpful to them regardless.
