Needed help with dead keyboard. Over phone he advised getting new one. Then by email he guided me with setup. Im retired on stick budget. He patiently advised me through setup and didnt charge a cent for itBut, his rates for home visits are more than reasonable, hes very patient very modestly computer savvy people and hes local in Lincoln. Will use him for all future computer needs

Im very impressed at Allens talent, skills and knowledge when it comes to computers. He is indeed extremely reliable and therefore, Reliable Technology is a perfect name for this business. Allen came to my residence twice this month to help me with some custom issues i was having and they were all fixed quickly and efficiently. This guy is a pro. I trust him entirely! Not even Best Buy geek squad have such knowledge as ive already dealt with them a few times and it was embarrassing how limited Best Buy skills, knowledge and qualifications are especially for being Geek Squad, lol. Ive asked Allen some pretty technical questions(beyond average consumer questions) and he almost always had legitimate and verified answers. And when hes not too familiar with something(extremely rarely that is), he will do some extensive research and get back at you promptly with the details, including fix options etc. If you game and/or do a lot of productivity tasks on your computer and dont even think there are any issues on your computer, i would strongly recommend you at least get your computer checked out to see if its running at its best performance and ram speed for example. $75 to come to your home to perform a check and or diagnose a problem? Thats as affordable as it gets for someone with top notch knowledge, skills and customer service. From custom pc building, virus removal, to in-home consultations and more... Reliable Technology is my go to. Im glad i found Allen on Google. He is a honest guy doing what he loves and i can see that without a doubt. True passion for sure! 5 stars from me and i wish i can add more. He deserves it. May his business prosper! Cheers!!!

I tried several fixes for my computer problem without success, so I called three local repair companies. Allen at Reliable Technology had just finished with a customer near me, and was able to come over right away. He diagnosed and cured the problem on my laptop, and offered several helpful tips regarding antivirus software and a battery setting, as well. His fee for this mobile repair service was so low I almost felt guilty paying that amount -- almost. I would not hesitate to call him regarding any future computer issue.

Quickly and efficiently solved my problem and then some. My laptops fans were giving out and he fixed it in no time at all. I asked him if he could help with an old hard drive of mix and he got it running again at no extra cost. Allen was great to work with and has an amazing personality. Any other issues or questions I have Ill definitely go his way again.

Very reliable, Very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend going here for any computer issues. Super honest and fair with regards to pricing. Would highly recommend this place over any name brand tech company. Will solve or help with any problem. Had issue with power supply and issue was solved with pc working again with less than hour. Cannot recommend enough and will be coming back here with any of my tech related issues or problems.

Oh, wow!!! I am blown away by Allen and his computer talents! I was so excited to find someone in town who could work on my computer, whom I could trust, and that wasnt going to cost me an arm and a leg. This guy is magnificent!!! Do yourself a favor and give him a call if you need computer work done. You will NOT be sorry!!!!

Fixed my computer same day. Worked late in the evening just to get everything fully fixed, taking time out of his night to help! Priced very fair and was friendly and professional! Nothing but good things to say! Would recommend for any computer needs!

Fast reliable service, Price was fair, and it was a pleasure to do business with Allen. He replaced the old hard drive in my laptop and now it runs like a champ. I also plan on having him update the hard drive in my desktop.
