2023-07-09 23:48:12I have to imagine that the ownership, Sam, must be going through a very bad time. Despite being referred by a friend, and respected colleague, Sam took my call, but then paused the conversation stating he was in the middle of lunch, and could I please call them back in 20 minutes. He asked I give him a few minutes to research my computer, and to please call him back “anytime after 20 minutes” that he’d be happy to help me.It’s clear in retrospect he had absolutely no intention of keeping his promise, tho it is curious that he didn’t simply say that he was overwhelmed with work. All he had to do shoot straight.Instead, he chose to simply say what was convenient and then ignore. Neither straightforward nor kind.Believing his word was honorable, I said no problem, insured I had the right number, and thanked him for his kindness and compassion.I waited about 40 minutes just to give him a little breathing room to enjoy his meal, called backHe did not answer. I left a message, thanking him again and left my number.He did not answer.By 6 PM still had not heard back anything so called and left another message asking he let me know if he would be able to help me as promised.He never returned the call, or even had the consideration to text back. It’s been over four days and of course needed to find help elsewhere.Had to go back to the recording studio that referred me to them and tell them that this gentleman seems neither respectful nor kind. It Would’ve taken 30 seconds to tell me kindly that he had no time to help me, or simply return the call and say that he had too much on his plate. Or have a colleague simply send me a text, saying that they were unable to help.He knew when I called him that I was in great dress and struggling - that would’ve been the least you could do is simply communicate. Regardless of whatever else may be going on, it takes 10 seconds to communicate unavailability.Not a great way to do business in this day and age.

2020-02-14 19:00:21I have known i134 and Sam for several years, he is a great guy and is very professional. He always responds immediately and takes great care of all our computers and server. He advises us with the best and most economical solutions to the issue at hand. I would not trust anyone else with my companys IT needs.

Excellent service! Handles our PCs and full rack of servers with ease, leaving us feeling comfortable that everything will keep running smoothly. And it does.
