Jay is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He helped me upgrade from Mojave to Ventura, upgraded my browsers and apps and resolved my browser issues. It was all done remotely so I didn’t need to leave my home. Fantastic! I highly recommend him.

I could not be happier with Jays service, and am so glad to have acquired his services. From now on, he is my go-to for any of our Mac-related needs. Jay resolved my issue quickly. Jay exceeded my expectations! Very professional and knowledgable. Hes also personable and thoroughly investigated all of the options and fixed an imac that was not connecting to my network that my network provider could not fix. He answered all my questions and recovered important files that I thought for sure were lost. Ill never go anywhere else with my mac and would highly recommend Jay.

Jay was fantastic! I talked with him on the phone about the problems I was experiencing with my iMac at home. He was able to walk me thru the fix on the phone while he was heading to another appointment. Based on my experience with Jay, He will be the person I call if I have any more problems. My MacBook Air would not boot. I took it to MacCare and within a few minutes Jay had found that the problem was the hard drive and ordered one from OWC right there. Computer is now working fine.Prices were reasonable and I am happy I found Mac Care.

Everything about our experience with MacCare was beyond our expectations. Fast, friendly and top notch service. We had a serious problem and it was fully resolved in just a few hours. We will use MacCare again when needed and recommend to others in the Auburn, CA area. J&J
