I hired Atty Babak Hashemi of Manning Law and Law Offices of Babak Hashemi for my PI case. I thought I hired an excellent and very aggressive lawyer but I was wrong and disappointed. Atty Babak Hashemi and Atty Joseph Manning only wants me to settle and get rid of me and take the money despite of my 2 major surgeries, I got disabled. I am a senior lost my business, and lost my home. After repeated request to release my final PI settlement money, Atty Babak Hashemi and Atty Joseph Manning refused to release my money even though my Chapter 13 is in effect and my BK atty had already explained how he will handle my Chapter 13 creditors. Atty Babak Hashemi charges more in retainer fees 40% plus expenses, additional 10%, than other PI lawyers usually 33.33%. Watch out for his computation of expenses - mileage, stamps, delivery service, telephone calls, etc., ask for receipts not invoices, he added expenses not for my PI case - Rip Off. Trust a refutable attorney.

A terrible experience!When I purchased my car, I bought Mercedes-Benzs First Class Wheel and Tire Protection Plus, valid for 72 months. Earlier, I got a flat tire due to a nail puncture, which should qualify for replacement. I chose the MB Foothill Ranch store closest to my home for the replacement.After the service person inspected my tire, he immediately told me I needed to purchase 4 new tires. I informed him that I have the MBs First Class Wheel and Tire Protection Plus, which entitles me to free replacement of damaged tires, and I did not request to replace all 4 tires for free. Only the damange one. I confirmed that they found my protection plan purchase record on his computer and even mentioned this to one of their colleagues (possibly a supervisor).Later, they informed me that my tire wear was severe and did not meet the standards. I opened the contract terms and showed them the clause Damage to tires with less than 3/32 tread depth at the lowest point on the tire at the time of damage. After measuring three times, the results met the standard. They claimed that the lowest point was the tire surface, but no matter how you measure it, the tire surface is 0!Finally, they told me that if I purchase the tires, they can provide the service, but nothing else. They wished me good luck. I was shocked! I requested to speak with their manager or supervisor twice, but they said they were too busy, and even if they were availble, they would not agree to it. Although his attitude was terrible, I didnt get angry at the time, thinking that maybe I indeed did not meet the criteria.So, I went to another MB dealer, Mercedes-Benz of Arcadia, where I purchased the car. They replaced my tire for FREE!The correct process should be:1. Service person assist with measurements and take photos.2. Upload the measurement results to MBs system.3. MBs HQ will review and confirm whether it meets the compensation criteria, not the dealers service person!4. Finally, an email notification will inform the dealers service person, who then notify me if I qualify for protection service.So, First Class Wheel and Tire Protection Plus can be purchased, and this is not a scam service. The problem lies with this particular dealer. Im grateful that they had no inventory at the time of my car purchase, so I didnt buy the car from this dealer.I hope others wont encounter the same situation as I did. Please carefully choose your car dealer! I checked their Google reviews, they have 1,119 reviews with a 4.6-star rating. I hope Google can review the authenticity of the reviews carefully, as I really dont want to believe that my experience was due to my skin color.

I love Planet Fitness (the gym) but I have had some issues with the service that are systematic and can not be ignored. Today was the tipping point for me. Somebody on their end needs to make improvements. I am sure I am not the first person to encounter these problems so I have written the following review.Summary: The gym is great. The service is lacking. Details below.1. I have talked to three people at two different locations. No one at either location has been able to help me gain access to the online portal (computer) or app (phone) so that I can upgrade my membership. I have been waiting 3 hours + for an email to reset a username and/or password. I have provided two different working email addresses. They wont let me upgrade in person either.2. While Im here, I think I will point out that it is ridiculous that if you upgrade your membership you can ONLY USE OTHER LOCATIONS FOR 10 DAYS EACH MONTH. This is lame. Period. No one in their right mind thinks paying an extra 12/13 dollars for 10 days is a RESPECTABLE deal.3. They wont let you sign up with a Credit Card. You must give them bank info. This makes me uncomfortable.4. Not open 24/7. The sign on the door claims they are open 24/5. But thats not true. They close at 10PM on Fridays, or so I was told.5. Outside of the first four notes, I love Planet Fitness. I love the culture of the gym and the signs hanging on the walls. I would consider investing in their stock.Unfortunately, I have had a few customer relation issues and everything that should be very easy is made unnecessarily complicated. Whats worse, when their infrastructure breaks down the only people you can talk to are polite teenagers who have no idea how anything at the gym works.Great gym if you like cardio. Great gym if you dont want to hear block heads grunting to impress strangers. Great gym if you dont want to pay an arm and a leg. Bad gym if you expect to be able to use all locations for the price listed and/or if you expect any membership changes to be accomplished without difficulty. The only reason I am writing this review is because I have become so bored waiting for them to get back to me.Enjoy!

This spa also goes by the name of Rejuve Med Spa. Not sure why they have two names. I signed up for two visits. The first visit went fine. The technician was not particularly friendly, but she seemed knowledgeable. She was a little too aggressive around my eyes and got the gel into them causing swelling in my right eye the next day. However my face felt good, and I was going to ask her not to get that close to my eye the next time. However when I went for my two week follow up they did not have me on the schedule. Initially they told me I made a mistake, so I asked her when did they have me scheduled she got my chart and there was no date listed. She then blamed the computer saying it had glitched before with another client. Her explanation did not make sense but I let it go. She then implied that I should have confirmed my appointment and kept saying she could do me a favor but fitting me in between her existing clients. I asked how how that would work since she had back to back clients, and I didnt want my service rushed. She said if I stopped asking questions we could just get through the service. At that point I left. They are in dire need of customer relations training.

I really liked that Dustin took responsibility for ensuring my information got to the right place. That is, I didnt have to submit the same information multiple times so it could be used for different purposes. He also made it simple by letting me use any format that was convenient for me. As a result, the technology was never any sort of a barrier. I feel like Im pretty computer savvy, but I can imagine that could be especially helpful for somebody who has less computer experience, or who is trying to do everything with their cell phone.Of course, pricing is a factor as well and the best customer service in the world cant overcome huge disparities in terms. Thankfully, loanDepot was able to come very close to or beat offers I received from other lenders - and without laying on a guilt trip for doing my due diligence like some other lenders tried to. Great experience.
