2024-06-05 01:28:27I brought my car in for servicing and they returned it to me with a very large and noticeable scratch on my car. The dealership denied all responsibility. They kept my car for a week and could not provide sufficient proof that they didn’t do it. They take pictures of the state of the vehicle before the service which clearly show that there was no damage before it was taken in. Never had such a terrible experience like this.

2024-05-22 01:25:45Mercedes Benz Foothill Ranch did a fantastic job. My service coordinator, Lisa, and my service manager, Daniel, were both fantastic. They were responsive, direct, and easy to communicate with. They made an otherwise inconvenient experience or emergency car repair much more pleasant and straightforward. The repair techs did a thorough job and I got my car back in just over 24 hours. Great experience!

2024-05-28 16:47:02Excellent purchase experience with One of Sales Manager Sean.Process ran smooth from quoting the price, asking questions, incentives, and final document signoffs. No pushing on any extra services/products, and you are free to negotiate. We got a good deal From MB foothill comparing to many dealers we asked around this area, and Sean would like to help out to get the price fitting our budget. He also explained well the entire purchase process and answer questions about our new vehicle.Highly recommend!

My father had just past away (2 days before) and I was a mess. Arts compassion and willingness to make sure there was no added stress or concerns are greatly appreciated. 2024-06-14 13:48:15The service specialist I had (Art Smith) was awesome and very knowledgeable, I had a great experience with him.In regards to administration, when I called to book, the first person didnt book me, but after 3 days, I noticed he didnt! And I booked again.Both admins gave me the wrong charges, zero and $300, plus neither knew the correct duration of the service, both said 0.5 hours.

2023-11-27 00:21:53I went for the second service of our Mercedes 350 GLE 4Matic at Foothill Ranch center and it was a pathetic experience. I am not sure whether they have changed any oils or not, because even the wiper fluid tank was empty. The car was not cleaned and it was very dirty when I received it back. I am posting photos of the car. I am going to complain to Benz about this indecent and irresponsible behavior. If the people working in Benz service center does not have any obligation to customers, I need to know at least the company have it or not!

She also gave us a decent discount by negotiating with her manager. If you are a female driver like me who needs design/interior aesthetics introduction instead of overwhelming technical knowledge, go for Kaitlyn!
