I became extremely frustrated with my brand new vehicle. It was having so many quality issues, it was always something. No matter where I looked, I kept seeing lemon law billboards and advertisements claiming they were rated number one. There was one problem, non of them would take my case. I’ve had some bad luck with my brand new car-lots of insane problems which was leading for the vehicle to be not only at the service department for over 4 weeks but it became dangerous to drive.Bobby took care of everything for me quick-easy -simple -great communication -always responding ! This law office is amazing! I had major issues with my car and needed help. The car was in the shop for over a month and a half and I didn’t know of any recourse until I was recommended to Mr. Hashemi by a friend. Mr. Hashemi was able to procure funds to cover the loss that I had on the car. I love working with Mr. Hashemi as he is very transparent and honest. After having persistent issues with my vehicle I reached out to a friend of mine who is an attorney for advice. My friend was not experienced in Lemon Law cases so he recommended I reach out to Mr. Hashemi. From the very first email to the last Bobby was extremely timely with his responses and very thorough. After I provided him with all documentation he took the time to walk me through all of my options and was well versed in the pros and cons of each option. I was having issues with my car and was looking for a lawyer to help me with the lemon law process. The first lawyer I contacted made the process seem so complex and time consuming it made me not want to pursue the claim anymore. The second lawyer I contacted said the process will take at least 6-8 months. Finally I came upon Babak Hashemi and boy was it an easy process. I met with him at his office with my paper work and the process was so easy and quick, we got everything resolved within within 30 days. That is not where the service stops he met me at the dealership and stayed with me the whole time and reviewed all the paper work and even drove me to work after I dropped off the car. A few months ago, I found out that the brand new car I had purchased had some undisclosed damages. At first I was just going to call the manufacturer myself and ask them to repair the damages. I am so glad that instead I chose to call Bobby Hashemi. He is an excellent attorney and very well versed in lemon law and undisclosed damage type cases. He was also very kind, professional and knowledgeable. After much negotiation and going back and forth with the manufacturer he ended up getting me more than what I had told him I want for the car. At most I was hoping to get 90% of my original cost. He ended up getting me $1800 above my original cost which was amazing. More importantly, the process was very smooth and I got my check shortly after surrendering the car back to the manufacturer. I am pleased with his work and recommend him highly to anyone with lemon law cases or cases of undisclosed damages or substandard repairs. Thanks again Babak Hashemi!

Mr. Hashemi represented me against Ford regarding my 2018 Ford F150. I gave Ford multiple opportunities to fix several issues. I finally had enough and Mr. Hashemi, after reviewing my service orders, took my case. Ford initially offered me a ridiculous $3000 settlement. Mr. Hashemi and I rejected the offer. I hired Atty Babak Hashemi of Manning Law and Law Offices of Babak Hashemi for my PI case. I thought I hired an excellent and very aggressive lawyer but I was wrong and disappointed. Atty Babak Hashemi and Atty Joseph Manning only wants me to settle and get rid of me and take the money despite of my 2 major surgeries, I got disabled. I am a senior lost my business, and lost my home. After repeated request to release my final PI settlement money, Atty Babak Hashemi and Atty Joseph Manning refused to release my money even though my Chapter 13 is in effect and my BK atty had already explained how he will handle my Chapter 13 creditors. Atty Babak Hashemi charges more in retainer fees 40% plus expenses, additional 10%, than other PI lawyers usually 33.33%. Watch out for his computation of expenses - mileage, stamps, delivery service, telephone calls, etc., ask for receipts not invoices, he added expenses not for my PI case - Rip Off. Trust a refutable attorney.
