Horrible experience with Pacific Computers. I brought my computer in for one problem. They were not able to diagnose the problem after 2 days of diagnostic testing. They reinstalled the operating system to correct the problem. In the process, they broke my keyboard and wouldnt admit it. They wanted even more money to fix what they broke. They didnt seem to care at all about my frustration with the situation they caused. I feel they only care about the money. Bring your computer to this place at your own risk. They have caused me major inconvenience and I would not return here even if the offered me free service.

I highly recommend Urban IT for their quick response and resolution of my Internet issue – I was unable to access the Internet. I found Urban IT when I did a Google search and noticed their 5 star reviews. After calling them and explaining that I restarted my computer, as well as the Spectrum modem, I still had no Internet service. A tech came to my office, and in less than 15 min, diagnosed the problem as caused by a virus. After the virus and other spyware were removed, I was able to browse the Internet again. They are the best!!!

First Part: As a company, Alpha PC Builds exceeds every expectation I have ever had of any service of its kind. The customer service is other worldly, very quick and knowledgeable, extremely fair prices (I showed my build list to several trusted colleagues, with 0 complaints), I felt included in the entire customization of my PC, even to this day I ask for help and get it within the hour. It does not seem there is 1 aspect of the PC having experience Alpha cant deliver on!Second Part: Absolutely no problems with my PC! Plays games, music/video editing, and illustrator like a dream. Just runs right through anything you throw at it. Even for someone like me that has very high standards, I am impressed!
