We are so lucky to have Eng Flanders in our company. I am more than lucky to have Tao who is the most knowledgeable person to train me with Yardi. I am new to our company and Tao has been helping me to learn more, build my self confidence and aim for excellence in my work. I am truly grateful. I should also say that the support and availability is exceptional.

Eng Flanders Group is nothing short of exceptional! Dona and her team successfully assisted our over 20-year property management company migrate into Yardi Voyager. Our portfolio of commercial and multi-residential properties is very complicated, as it involves multiple partners and multiple properties. In a short amount of time, Eng Flanders Group worked diligently to set up our system the right way and had us trained and live in no time.To date, I work closely with Dona’s team to set up complicated CAM Reconciliations and custom reports. Mike, Garrett and Jocelyn are amazingly fast in responding to our questions and system needs. Just finished a 15 year conversion from Yardi Enterprise to Yardi Breeze. This would have never been possible without the help and support of the staff at Eng Flanders Group. We thank them for their time and energy as it has not been an easy project for any of us. Dona Eng started us in Yardi over 15 years ago and it seemed that right choice to have her staff keep us going in the right direction. I cant say enough good things about Dona and her team. I first met Dona 5 years ago and she really helped my company achieve perfection with our property management accounting. She spent two weeks helping make our trust accounts were perfect as well as took the time to make sure we had the tools necessary to keep them perfect. Since then, anytime I have need accounting help, Dona and her Team are just a phone call a way. More recently, they were instrumental in helping to automate our City Tax collection and distribution program for Phoenix clients. I would Dona and her group to any Property Management professional.

Eng Flanders Group has been an exceptional find for our company! Our real estate office involves sales and property management. Our property management division uses AppFolio software. Eng is very knowledgeable of AppFolio. From the beginning I felt I was in good hands. My first conversation with Dona I explained my concerns and she showed me through screen share what items she noticed right away that needed attention. Dona then introduced me to her teammate, Dave Forrest and he has been the answer to my prayers. Dave has provided reliable and consistent results. Dave is efficient, quick, analytical, organized and always very pleasant to work with. Dave and I work closely (remotely) to be sure all of our bookkeeping is in compliance, balanced and completely accurate. He provides clear reports of every action that needs to be taken care of and then clears up the issue after approval from me. Every step with Dave has been smooth and efficient! Every penny spent on the quality of work he has provided has been worth our peace of mind! Dave is a tremendous asset to our business and I will continue to work with Dave on an on-going basis to have an extra set of eyes on our clients’ money. Also, I have set up an on-site visit for next month so that our employees can ask various questions and learn to be more efficient with our AppFolio software. Im thankful for the services provided by Eng Flanders.Eng Flanders has allowed us to spend more time building our business without the worry. I now have someone to call anytime I have a question or concern about a particular report, accounting issue or employee training. I highly recommend them!

We contracted with Eng Flanders to do some accounting clean up work and to get us current with our reconciliations. After spending nearly $10,000 and working with 3 different people at their company (due to turnover) over 9 months, the work came to a sudden halt. After reaching out to our last assigned person several times with no response, I reached out to owner Donna Eng.Donna explained that the last person we were working with was no longer with the company. She promised that she would pick up where things left off in a week. Two weeks later, nothing. I routinely reached out to Donna asking if she resumed the work. Every once in a while she would respond by saying, shell get to it. After many weeks of unkept promises, I gave up on Eng Flanders.Since then, Ive spoken to a few other people who provide the same type of services. Each of them expressed concerns that Eng Flanders was not doing their work correctly.In summary, I am highly dissatisfied with the services provided by Eng Flanders and and strongly considering filing suit to recoup our costs and possibly damages.Stay Away from Eng Flanders!Sincerely
