I contacted Pacific Computers because my laptop wasnt working as I spilled coffee on it. I decided to purchase a used laptop with data transfer for an AMAZING deal! They are honest, do an incredible job and are fast! Dillon was awesome- he provided excellent customer service and got me what I wanted! You will be very happy you contacted them- I cant recommend them enough!Thank you sooo much!

These guys have been my go-to computer repair shop for years. When I ordered all the parts for my custom PC, I took it to Pacific Computers to have it built, which they did for a very fair price and very quickly. Most recently, my dads laptop was on the fritz - he took it to another shop and the guy made the problem even worse. I told him to take it to Pacific Computers, where they undid all the damage caused by the other guy and went above and beyond to fix my dads laptop for an unbelievable value. There is no better alternative in the area for computer repair. Also, the owner of the store is one of the coolest guys ever. Thanks for taking care of my dad Pacific Computers.

Horrible experience with Pacific Computers. I brought my computer in for one problem. They were not able to diagnose the problem after 2 days of diagnostic testing. They reinstalled the operating system to correct the problem. In the process, they broke my keyboard and wouldnt admit it. They wanted even more money to fix what they broke. They didnt seem to care at all about my frustration with the situation they caused. I feel they only care about the money. Bring your computer to this place at your own risk. They have caused me major inconvenience and I would not return here even if the offered me free service.

Thank God for Pacific Computers!My younger sister spilled water on my laptop right when i needed it the most.I called them and they started to diagnose it right away. I was informed quickly about how much it would cost me and how long it would take to fix/replace certain parts which was good to know. I got a great price and they got to me asap. Im very happy and will definitely come back if i ever need computer related assistance =]

Excellent service, knowledgable and most importantly, honest.I received quotes from other sources and Pacific Computers came out the best.There are several other Apple/Mac service projects on my list and Pacific Computers will get them all.JD and Joe are THE BEST.

I am a HUGE fan. Inexpensive and effective repairs; theyre great at explaining dilemmas.They always tell you what is wrong and how much it will cost before they start the work.Love the smart young men who work there!

Wife dropped off computer in the AM to see what it would take to run two monitors... basically needed another video card... They told her they needed to look at it and would call later afternoon... I called them for an update... Danny said they have no cards that fit but can order one... I told him I didnt have time to wait and would send my wife to pic it up... he said OK... He called me back 3 minutes later and said he has a card that fits... I asked him if the card is suitable for video editing and he said sure... Other then getting a bad vibe from the place I dont have any complaints...

These guys are amazing! I can always rely on them for literally ANY of the computer/web problems I encounter! They are super fast, responsive, and they know their stuff. I would give 6 stars if possible! Thanks for all the help!

We are a Malibu small business client and have used Pacific Computers - Malibu Tech Support since 2007. We have both Apple and PC products. There are other shops in town like Malibu Computers but no one does near as good a job in my opinion as Jd. Thanks for everything!
