Were a small business and needed some help in the IT department. Not having the budget for an IT staff or huge server, CMIT of North LA came in with the SOLUTIONS we needed and within our budget. The team set up a system that fit our business individually. Although, we are small, we are growing and they treated us as if we were their biggest and most important client. Security is very important to us & it can be confusing to know what is best to protect yourself - CMIT of North LA had simple solutions for that too. AND a feature we are loving is the file management and sharing system. It is so easy, even our clients like our fancy technology. I am a new customer to CMIT (2 months), and my company has so far had a smooth transition to the CMIT Anywhere, Guardian, and Secure products. My company wanted to simplify the backing up of mission critical files, protect software, and increase ease of collaborating across business units. Since CMIT Solutions of North LA took control of our company’s IT platform, our IT work is more productive and faster. I now don’t spend non productive time on IT issues. Russell is the best IT manager you could ever find, there is absolutely nothing he cant fix. He is extremely knowledgeable and makes sure our company is up-to-date with the latest software and equipment. The CMIT platform is very helpful because Russell can remotely fix any issues my system may have at any time during the day, he is literally available 24/7. Thank you Russell and Billy you guys are the greatest!!!

CMIT Solutions has been there for me regardless of how big or small my problems have been. They are quick to return calls if they do not answer, which they usually do. More important however, is the follow up. They always check in after the job to make sure things are working correctly. I would and will recommend CMIT Solutions without hesitation, their service and commitment are first rate!

Since I joined CMIT solutions, my computers are managed remotely 24/7, protected, all the patching is done regularly, computers are always cleaned from temporary files for better computers performance, and CMIT is HIPPA compliant, that makes me feel safe and confident. My files are backed up in the cloud and locally in case of emergency.
