First Part: As a company, Alpha PC Builds exceeds every expectation I have ever had of any service of its kind. The customer service is other worldly, very quick and knowledgeable, extremely fair prices (I showed my build list to several trusted colleagues, with 0 complaints), I felt included in the entire customization of my PC, even to this day I ask for help and get it within the hour. It does not seem there is 1 aspect of the PC having experience Alpha cant deliver on!Second Part: Absolutely no problems with my PC! Plays games, music/video editing, and illustrator like a dream. Just runs right through anything you throw at it. Even for someone like me that has very high standards, I am impressed! Keep doing your thing Alpha PC, I will look no further for my computer needs, and Thank you!

I bought a PC from Best Buy a few years back. Everything was working fine until I heard my PC start doing this odd buzzing around the fans. I figured it was just a plastic piece that touched the fan blades. I removed one of the fans, not knowing it was connected to the liquid cooling... Yeah, my PC got wet and fried my motherboard.In the past, I used Best Buy Geek Squad and I was hoping to go again until I stumbled upon Alpha PC Builds Insta. Upon observing their recent builds, and being not so far away from Camarillo, I wanted to try and buy locally.I had been on the lookout for a new gaming PC, so I got in touch with Amin, the creator, and he designed me a PC that exceeded all my standards.Im defintely going back for any future upgrades.I highly recommend. I have the upmost confidencethat you will be satisfied with their work.
