I used for years Teamviewer as the free version. However, lately, the company added more whistles and bells to the product and I experienced delays accessing the private server. Since as a private user, I needed a good connected platform, clear screen view and no funny mouse delays ... I am happy with the experience to date with RemotePC. I might need some support and have some questions, but they can come at a later time since the product is easy to use with no hassle.

Having access to PC remote and being able to access my computers from any device anywhere in the world is a great GOD send. I can ensure that I can work remotely whenever I need to access and transfer and upload stuff.Great software to use will definitely recommend to everyone as it is easy to use even for a computer illiterate person.

I did my research looking for the best and affordable remote access. I tried 4 and end up with RemotePC. Not only user friendly but also very quick to connect. I was able to support my peeps outside the country with no lagging and disconnection. That is why right away I upgraded my free trial. Thanks, RemotePC.

What a great product for supporting my elderly parents. Easy setup, Auto starting services, access from any device all that at a reasonable price.

The service is pretty good, but kind of laggy. I refunded due to not wanting it anymore and the software being really laggy contributed to it a lot. Other than that, its fine.

I am a remote pc user with only 2 machines I want to connect with while I am out of the state of my residence. Service is slow but that is not my complaint. Any major change you need to make is only possible when you are in front of the remote pcs, which in my case is not useful because I go away for months at a time. This leaves me with no way to fix the problem since there is no way for me to get in front of the remote computers, which I think is the main reason for the service!

Was having trouble downloading it.dont know if it was my fault or yours.finally got it done with the help of a technician and then my own IT person

They work well with safety and pick-up timing. A pleasure to do business with. Also, it is affordable.
