IT Support LA is a great company for all your computer needs! They are very responsive and knowledgeable. Their technicians are always so friendly too. Andrew is my favorite technician. He goes over and beyond to provide excellent service to both me and my staff. I would highly recommend them to everyone!

IT Support LA has helped us to migrate from our old servers to new infrastructure, with no downtime whatsoever.The project went smoother than expected. They communicated the steps throughout the whole process and at any time we knew the state of the upgrade and the state of the project, which allowed us to be confident of its success.Great project management skills!

I work for Halco Testing Services in Los Angeles. We recently switched to IT Support LA and just could not be more satisfied. All of the IT issues that were plaguing Halco have all been fixed. Our rep (Andrew) will always get back to us in a timely manner and fixes all of our problems usually the same day. They are easy to work with. They understand what we need and provide it. They are very responsive even on weekends. Recommend 100%.

I have been with IT Support LA for 7 years now and I would recommend their service to anybody in the valley.I threw at them the toughest balls and they managed to catch them all. Sometimes it didnt go smoothly but I ALWAYS felt like they are on top of it.days, nights, weekends, they were there. Just doing maintenance in the background. Running cables, cleaning my server room, generating reports, I dont even have an idea, and the thing I loved the most was that everything is running so smoothly and they do not bill me for any work they are doing as part of their maintenance plan.I feel valued and even years after I do not feel they take my business for granted.

IT Support LA were amazing in helping us recover from a ransomware virus we got hit with last week. We found them online, they were available to send Sangar I believe, over to us within couple of hours. he assessed the severity of the damage, came up with the plan and within 5-6 hours of work was able to bring us back online. I know we were lucky and the virus could have been worse but I know we are even luckier that we found IT Support LA to help us deal with this mess. We are definitely going to count on them in the future!

I had issues with my previous IT company. the biggest issue was their contract.I was locked down and extremely unhappy.Finally, my contract was up and i decided to shop around but i was nervous. i was afraid ill just switch one crappy company with another but then I found IT Support LA.They offered me no contracts, money back guarantee and the biggest thing is their all inclusive plan in which i get all support, all the hardware and software and all included in one flat free and did I say already no contracts?They really take all the risk on themselves, like they told me initially. This made me realize I literally have nothing to lose and once I made the switch i never looked back.Those guys are highly recommended!

Our company has an ERP system that doesnt integrate with our QB. We have been spending a lot of time on double entry and double tasks. IT Support LA has implemented an easy and cost effective solution that allowed us to save a lot of time and being more efficient in our process. The best thing is that we didnt have to change anything with our internal software.

We got hit with a ransomware not long ago and we found out we didnt have ANY backup in place. It was a horrible experience. We called It support la and they brought new hardware the same day, and they worked all night to get us back up and running and by 8am we were able to be operational again. We really appreciate all the work and help they have given us.

I dont understand whether they are actually good or bad, they lost me when they answered the phone unintelligibly and I asked and didnt get the name of the company. The guy just answered in as fast a voice as you can imagine and I didnt understand one word.. When I asked repeatedly, the name was YURI. Their casual and unprofessional approach was unappealing to me so I moved on. I wouldnt trust them.
