I have used Kinetic Consulting Group as my IT Managed Service Provider since May 2010. He works with me to determine software/hardware needs, upgrades systems when what I have becomes outdated, answers calls from my staff when they have issues with their computers/software, and helped me move from one office to another when I downsized to allow staff to work from home. Thankfully, we had been implementing this remote work plan prior to the pandemic hitting, so we were prepared when the shutdown occurred. Eladio is a resource for me and my staff, and I trust he has the best interest of my company in mind when he makes suggestions. He also goes into my office when what is needed cant be done remotely (replacing video cards, backup battteries, etc). I am thankful I have him as part of my team.

Received tons of text messages and emails, before my first visit, which was quite annoying. When I arrived, I found the office staff to be very militant, not personable at all. Check in at the computer, is what I heard through the window. Then, We didnt get your new client paperwork. I actually printed everything out and handed it to the Sergeant. Her demeanor slightly improved after that.My teeth were checked by the orthodontist. It was quick and now off to meet with the financial person. This office is a TOTAL RIP OFF, COMPLETE SCAM. They falsely advertise accepting Delta Care USA. My quote was exponentially higher than other quotes I received because they added unnecessary equipment to justify their price. To top it off, they added to the price the reimbursement they would receive back from the insurance company. When I inquired about that, the financial person couldnt explain her own scam, so she got another person to speak with me. That person was just as bad.I would not recommend this office for services. False advertisement, militant staff, and an orthodontist who condones this is reason enough to get a second opinion if this is your first consultation, or choose another office altogether.
