I was contacted by John Kil of PMC repairs about a laptop I was selling on Craigslist. I agreed to take two separate payments for the laptop. I arrived on the day designated for me to pick up the remainder of the money and John told me he had deposited the money into the ATM. I set up a date to pick up the money another time and John was not at his store and did not pick up his phone when I called him. I spent two more weeks attempting to contact John but I was ignored. I had to show up to John’s store unannounced in order to have him give me another day to come back to collect the money he owed me. Once again, John did not show up and he refused to pick up his phone. After another two weeks of trying to contact John, I went to the shop with a letter of demand stating that he needed to pay me or I would file a small claims lawsuit against him and PMC Repairs. Only after submitting this letter to his father, who was at the shop at the moment, did I receive a phone call from John for him to give me the money he owed me. John said he would meet me at his shop at 7pm in order to pay me. I had to contact John multiple times in order to have him show up at the store at 8pm, without having the proper amount of money he owed. I had to continue to wait for John to get change in order to pay me the amount he owed me. After everything I had to deal with in order to collect the money I was owed I was still not offered a sincere apology. John had informed me that this was not the first time someone had given him a letter of demand for a small claims lawsuit. I cant say anything about the work ethic or abilities of PMC Repairs as a company but I would definitely steer clear of selling them anything. If you do find yourself in a similar situation as I was in, do know that there is a court dealing in small claims if you need to utilize it.

Its a great place to be around. They are trying to upgrade the space into a small internet cafe as well. I reccomend anyone I the area to come check this company out
