Great doctor and sweet staff. I knew I had to fix my smile because I had smile direct and they messed me up so I was hesitant to trust someone. Dr. Berger came in and was so wonderful and gentle. He really gives off dad vibes so hes very easy to trust. I knew my teeth needed sanding to make room so I prepared myself for the machine most orthodontists use. I dont care how clean your teeth are, it still smells bad when they do it. I was shocked that he does it with a little gentle scraper done by hand. I almost cried it was so gentle. I give him and the whole staff A++

My teenager son has been Dr. Berger patient for years now. We almost do not go to his office anymore, because my son is done with his braces (great job, by the way). Today we went because his permanent retainer broke, and they gladly took us. This is what my son wrote about the Dr. Berger: After being a long time patient for Dr. Berger (6+ years), the office maintains the welcoming, professional environment that has been its standard. The quality of my teeth after braces, retainers, and even a permanent one has far exceeded all of my expectations. After all of these years, they are still able to fix any issues that may occur within a day’s notice. The office is nothing short of helpful and kind, and I would highly recommend getting any orthodontic treatment at this location.Thank you Dr. Berger and stuff! Highly recommend this office

I am a former patient of Dr. Berger and after my own fault of not wearing my retainers for years, my teeth started shifting. When an office and staff are organized, kind and friendly, it makes you wonder why cant all offices be like this, especially in the medical/dental field. Overall, my experience here was a good one. The staff was very kind and welcoming. My experience with Dr. Berger himself was nice as well. My main issue was the lack of accommodations for fat people in the treatment area. The chairs themselves were decent but the proximity of the table/desk thing to the chairs was too close. Its time that public spaces and business start accommodating fat people as well as doing more than the absolute minimum to be ADA compliant. Had I been in a wheel chair or other form of mobility device, I dont know how I would have gotten treatment.

Received tons of text messages and emails, before my first visit, which was quite annoying. When I arrived, I found the office staff to be very militant, not personable at all. Check in at the computer, is what I heard through the window. Then, We didnt get your new client paperwork. I actually printed everything out and handed it to the Sergeant. Her demeanor slightly improved after that.My teeth were checked by the orthodontist. It was quick and now off to meet with the financial person. This office is a TOTAL RIP OFF, COMPLETE SCAM. They falsely advertise accepting Delta Care USA. My quote was exponentially higher than other quotes I received because they added unnecessary equipment to justify their price. To top it off, they added to the price the reimbursement they would receive back from the insurance company. When I inquired about that, the financial person couldnt explain her own scam, so she got another person to speak with me. That person was just as bad.I would not recommend this office for services. False advertisement, militant staff, and an orthodontist who condones this is reason enough to get a second opinion if this is your first consultation, or choose another office altogether.

Ive had my braces in for over two years Ive dealt with every staff there and everyone is Amazing never had a bad experience. I recently completed my process and had my braces removed by David he is the absolute best.. he made sure I was comfortable and happy before leaving not to mention he has a great personality. Dr. Burger provides a detailed plan of action and excellent service. In addition to being a great orthodontist, he has the coolest socks in the South Bay! The office is clean, inviting and nicely designed with parents in mind. The assistants and receptionist are kind, professional and helpful. Both my childrens teeth look amazing, I highly recommend.

We are very grateful to Dr. Jeffrey Berger for helping us with our teenage daughters braces. We installed the system in Ukraine at the beginning of February. When the war started, our family was forced to leave the country to take kids to a safe place. I didnt get to meet with Dr. Berger and instead met with one of his dentist who was uncaring. She was quick with her assessment and informed me that i needed braces despite my referring dentist request (metal retainers) instead this dentist was like a used car sellers and insisted a more comprehensive treatment once my medical insurance was ran and she saw I had good insurance through the CSU system. One another note, staff collected my insurance info before my appointment and when I arrived the had me set up under the wrong client chart and I had to explain on multiple occasions that I was a new patient (concern about hippa laws and data storage)

The staff made a personal connection with my kids which really helped them get through procedures. Finally my son is out of braces and we are very happy with the service and results. You asked about our most recent interaction with you and if wed refer you after it. NO. My daughters most recent appointment was to take out the retainer glued to her teeth so she would only use the plastic retainers. Berger waisted 2 hours of our time by not being there so we had to reschedule another time for when he was there so the retainer can be taken off. We scheduled my daughters September appointment in March so the office should have rescheduled my daughter once they knew he wouldnt be there. Thanks Berger and Office Staff. My daughter had to stay up until 1am doing homework due to your inconvenience.

Great Orthodontist, great staff! My son just finished his treatment after 24 months. He is pleased and thankful for Dr. Berger. He had really crooked teeth, didnt smile much, but now all he does is smile and show off his perfect smile. They are flexible with appointments since Mondays and Wednesdays are their late days. The staff will take their time and go to you and explain anything you question or they will call you directly, Last, I am happy with their Covid -19 protocol. Very clean office. Super painful - did not allow Vaseline and blasted my sensitive teeth with cold water and cold air. Did not file down the anchors, just the top of 3 teeth (doesn’t a certified dentist need to file teeth?). I’m walking around with the bottom of my inner lip shredded and blistering. I have been going to Dr. Bergers office for the past 7 years. Their employees are very sweet and funny. The office is nice and clean. The waiting room has a beautiful aquarium, a wonderful collection of magazines, and the chairs (waiting room and dental chairs) are comfortble. I have never had any problems with this orthodontist. Highly recommend it to anyone of any age.

All my life I have had a class 3 underbite and for a million reasons (cost, length of time, surgery, etc.), I avoided fixing it until I was MUCH older. Eventually, after a long chat with my dentist, I decided my 30s were the time! I was referred to Dr. Berger and started the Invisalign process. I am not quite done (he’s a perfectionist), but the whole process has been so easy and the results are so good, I just regret not going sooner! My teeth look great and I can’t wait to see the final result!

I was referred to this orthodontist by my insurance provider. I waited weeks for my appointment. When I got there after the consultation and after Dr Berger looked at me I was told that the Dr wouldnt honor my insurance and that the cost would be 5 times what I was supposed to pay if they had honored it.Waste of time! Beware those who want to do Invisalign here with insurance. This office charges an extra $700 on top of the contracted amount with insurance companies for “lab fees”. My dental insurance company told me again and again that he is not legally allowed to charge anything above the contracted amount. The people at the office were both rude to me and with the insurance representative, making it seem like we were mistaken. It’s completely ILLEGAL what they are doing. Look for another orthodontist!

I am a 68 year old woman who was quite hesitant about going through the “braces process”. This last visit it took them 2 hours to attend to my daughter. I am not satisfied with this. I hope that next time they will attend to her at the time she has her appointment.
