They made it so easy! I had a mattress I had been viewing online, went in to the store on Saturday, tried mattress out, LOVE it, bought it and it was delivered yesterday. There was NO pressure at store and they were very friendly and helpful. The delivery service was easy - they gave me an estimated time window but I was able to track exact time of delivery yesterday so I wasn’t stressed. For a nominal fee, they took out my old mattress and set up my new one. I slept AWESOME last night! Easiest, fastest, customer service oriented, seamless experience! Highly recommend!

Great experience working with Javier and purchasing from Sit n Sleep. Javier was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job helping us find a mattress that met our needs. Buying a new mattress and box springs should NOT be hard and I am happy to say Sit ‘n Sleep made it EASY!!! Everyone in the store was very pleasant. We told our sales associate Johnny Garcia the size and firmness we were interested in. He asked some questions to better understand our needs and then promptly showed us four alternatives that he thought would work for us. Two were fabricated using conventional coil and spring technology and two used varying amounts of foam/gel. Johnny explained the pros and cons of each so we could make our own decision. He was not pushy at all. Be aware after you settle on the set you would like to buy they will tempt you with mattress cover(s) to help protect your investment so you get the full service life and ensure warranty protection. Sit ‘n Sleep exceeded my expectations with this purchase. I am looking forward to a good nights sleep when the new bed arrives next week!! Thanks again Johnny!!

We just made the easiest purchase ever! My husband and I walked in and within 30 minutes walked out having purchased 2 mattresses + platforms + sheets + mattress protectors all being delivered TOMORROW!!!! It couldn’t have been easier. And I gotta say, Fred Powell, who was our salesperson, was the reason this entire experience was so seemless. He was knowledgeable and helpful. He even worked with us on our budget! I went into shop for a new mattress today. Fred was so knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They had the system that matches your body type up with the firmness of a mattress category so that they could take the guesswork out of determining which mattresses would work best for me. Buying our mattress was such a great experience. We went to Sit N Sleep because we needed a mattress, we werent really in the mood because of the experience we had the day before at another mattress store. Right as we walked in the store, we were approached by Michael Smith, one of the salesmen. The first thing he did was ask us some questions about our sleep preferences and had us lay on some type of virtual mattress that read our pressure points and told us the type of mattress that would be best for us. Michael walked us around the store showing us various mattresses, but never pushing us in any direction, this store had several brands, and mattress types for all needs. Michael was so patient, never pushy, always calm and available for all questions. After what seemed like a couple of hours because we couldnt make up our minds, Michael helped us find the perfect mattress for us and we couldnt be happier with the service, the price, and quality of the mattress. We took advantage of the Sit N Sleep credit which allows us 36 months to make payment without interest for our purchase and delivery was scheduled the very next day. I would absolutely recommend Sit N Sleep to any one shopping for a mattress, thanks so much for your help Michael Smith.

This was the 4th mattress store I visited. I explained I wanted a bed which wasn’t very firm and he showed me and let me test them out. Javier Nunez knows the beds very well and he helped me find the best mattress for me. I also saved about $300-400 compared to the other stores we visited where the customer service was just unacceptable and no one guided us in the direction like Javier did. It also came with a 20year warranty as long as the mattress doesn’t get stained with any liquid. I will definitely be recommending Sit N Sleep to all of my friends and family. Javier is the best guy to go too. I can’t thank him enough. They also are going to install and remove my old damaged bed, keep my headboard which is in great condition and install that for us as well. Excellent experience overall.

The employees were very attentive, Johnny made sure to show us mattresses in our price point and also ones that were the next stage up and how long they were expected to last along with the 10 year warranty. He spent a good amount of time with us and asking how we slept and what were our biggest concerns (since I have back problems) - he was efficient and knowledgeable. When I arrived at the store, Keith, the manager, greeted me and was very friendly. I told him I had purchased a Stearns & Foster mattress set I loved at least 20 years ago. His records indicated it was 22 years ago. I told him my previous experience was so positive and the mattress so comfy, until it got old, I wanted the same quality and comfort again. He showed me the new Stearns and Foster in both queen and California king and also a good, but less expensive model. There was no pressure. He showed me many other models andanswered all my questions, showed me the adjustable base, which will allow me to elevate my legs and sit me up to read. It was something I’ve been needing for a long timeI went home to think everything through and take some measurements. Today I returned to purchase the mattress I knew I wanted. Keith made it easy. I know I’ll be happy with it and it will help ease my muscle aches and pains. The store is really great and is filled with good salespeople and quality merchandise.

We figured we’d at least begin looking at the same brand we had before and were expecting to be searching for more than one trip and more than one store. We started our search at Sit ‘n Sleep since we saw online that they carry our former brand. When we walked in we were greeted by Javier. He was very welcoming and a great listener. He took us through samples our original brand in the price range and firmness we were looking for. We didn’t find a great match for us in that brand, so he showed us two other brands that have gained popularity in the market. We fell in love with the King Koil Mattress. It was just right for both of us. Javier was so nice in setting us up to go from bed to bed and gave us the time and space to really make a good decision. This location is very convenient to find on Hawthorne Blvd, the parking lot is clean and easy to locate a parking spot. Upon entering the Store itself one will find a clean and spacious business. There is a large number of mattress types, sizes and styles. This to me is the first 5 Star rating I am giving.Secondly, the Sales Repre, Mr. Johnny G., from his personality, one could tell, he enjoys his contact with the public. Mr Johnny G. knows his audience and what product meets their needs when it comes to mattresses. Yes, he has help from Sit ‘n Sleep’s scientific computerized mattress that measures the body’s pressure point when one lays on it in their sleeping positions. And with this information Mr Johnny G. can direct the customer to a near perfect mattress match for one’s sleeping positions.Mr Johnny G. will show you at least three different mattress types and price ranges without any pressure on the customer to pick a mattress and if needed the customer can try out more than the initial samples. My family and I enjoy how he treated us from the beginning to end. The moment we walk inside the store. Mr. Smith is the first person to greet us, checking our temperature and provided us the bed sheets. We really enjoy these actions!Even more so, my family and I definitely enjoy that Mr.Smith treated us with respect. We had done a lot of research on our own and knew the type of bed that we wanted. Our sales person was very knowledgeable, and was easily able to show us options comparable to what we wanted. Whole process took only about 25 minutes and we got our new bed with adjustable base. Also we shopped during Covid so the store was very clean, and they used personal sheets you take with you to try and lay on the bed so you dont touch it directly. That made us feel comfortable and safe while trying to feel the beds.

Mike took good care of me. My budget made it a bit of a challenge, yet he found a frame and mattress for me that should prove to be an excellent addition to my home for years to come. Plus it came delivered to my home for a mere 15 additional dollars, and would have actually.been free (the delivery) were it not for the fact that gas is over $6 a gallon right now.

My previous salesperson relocated to a store closer to his home, but I received just as excellent customer service from Kendrick today. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I had a very specific request and I needed it this weekend and he knew exactly what to suggest. I will only shop at Sit’n Sleep for any of my bed needs. Javier made my purchase simple. Met him a week prior amd was very helpful with some specific requirements I had and found what(at time of this review) seemed to be the perfect match. When I decidd to go with Sit N Sleep, he double checked the specs I needed and all was still spot on.PS-I never give perfect reviews, but cant give over 4 stars.
