Rude. Don’t accidentally pick up the phone, pet customer listen for over two minutes and then hang up. Causing the line to no longer be of service when I call 20+ times after the fact. When confronted in store, the person who I heard over the phone talking badly about customers and talking about personal life, refuses to acknowledge her mistake. The phone line is still “busy.” RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
