2023-11-07 19:19:52I showed up 5 minutes before they opened and I was concerned when I saw 12 people in line already.They opened promptly as scheduled. The line was qued upas the manager quickly took names and their desired assistance.I was last to enter. 7 minutes later I was called. 1 minute later my equipment was returned and bill questions answered.Polite, quick, and knowledgeable service. Well done!

2024-02-14 23:08:39Keanu and Kyrie were so incredible and welcoming. Keanu was the gentleman to assist us with our account changes and Kyrie was so nice and ensured us someone would be with us. It’s so nice when you’re acknowledge when waiting!!! Thank you guys so much!

2023-12-21 22:02:20Khayree and Keanu were incredibly helpful and made the effort to get me the best deals they could to take care of what I needed. While calling Comcast is always a headache, this was definitely a great customer service experience and Ill only ask for them to help me in the future if I have to go.

2023-12-23 02:28:11I went in today to return something & had questions about my account. I called Xfinity, the customer service # because they increased my bill for no apparent reason. At this location they helped me out though. Ill go in store if I have any issues for now on. The guy helping me was nice.🙏🏼🙏🏼
