As a retired business owner I understand the value of great service. An elderly relative suffered a medical emergency at the beginning of the year and I contacted Visiting Angels originally for eight hours per day (split shift), seven days per week in-home assistance. I found their business model to be sound, their presentation and paperwork professional and their representatives to be friendly and most importantly, caring. We have really been impressed by the over-all performance of the company management and especially that of the care providers (Thank you Katherine!). As our patient has progressed, visiting Angels has demonstrated great flexibility in response to our reduced need. At this time we now anticipate utilizing their services at three days per week indefinitely, and would re-engage for more coverage without hesitation as may be necessary. I highly recommend Visiting Angels!
