I have used Marite Dufours services in both selling my house and buying a new property. My sisters and I had the greatest experience working with Marite Dufour. She is truly a professional in her business practices, shows integrity and dedication in every aspect of her work!She represented us as the Sellers agent; we had a property in the Scotts Valley area that was very difficult to sell because of county restrictions and building codes. She was very attentive, highly detailed, and she always kept us informed. She was always quick to answer any questions we had. She took the time and effort to get the answers needed regarding the salability of this property. A harder worker and more dedicated real estate agent you will never find! Tirelessly and with extreme commitment Marite worked at all hours helping us market this property. She pounded the pavement, made multiple, multiple phone calls, and did not stop supporting this effort to sell. I have no doubt that many other agents would have walked away from this, but Marite would not stop. Marite is just a terrific realtor. She goes above and beyond for all her clients and you really feel like family. We were very much in a seller’s market, but she still insisted on doing staging and having professional photos done even though we suggested it might not be a necessary expense. She paid for both and just felt like she was not doing her job if these things weren’t done. She was extremely involved every step of the way and was a delight to work with. Not all realtors are created equal!

Marite did an awesome job finding a good friend her first home. She made things less stressful and was very helpful in every way you can imagine. Marite is a very hard worker and did a great job communicating with her client so that things go smoothly. I’m very happy I was able to refer my friend to Marite because if it wasn’t for her encouragement, I don’t think she would be a homeowner yet!! I can say...Marite is the best out there. When time came for me to start looking for a house, I was really nervous about the whole process. A friend of mine wanted to introduce me to a realtor and I was really hesitant. But when I met Marite and we talked for a bit, she really made me feel at ease. She was very friendly and easy to talk to. She listened to what I wanted and what I can afford. After looking at some houses I finally found the right one. During the whole buying process, Marite made things less stressful for me and always communicated things that needed to be done right away. She is a very hard worker and always took care of her client till the end. I’m grateful that I was introduced to Marite. Thanks to her I was able to find my first home.
