Visiting Angels are truly angels to me. They were professional, caring, and compassionate. My mother was 104 & although I enjoyed being her caregiver, I realized that I needed to take a break sometimes. A Visiting Angels rep came over, evaluated my mom, her needs, capabilities, interests. We were able to schedule help and I was able to schedule “me” time so I was also a better, happier caregiver/daughter. The ladies that came to help my mom were all very sweet, competent, & professional. I felt confident that my mom was in good hands. You can’t put a price on that. Thank you, Visiting Angels!🙏

Visiting Angels is a GREAT organization to work for! In my position as an In-Home Caregiver, I get to help support elderly and/or disabled clients in their comfortable homes. As a retired business owner I understand the value of great service. An elderly relative suffered a medical emergency at the beginning of the year and I contacted Visiting Angels originally for eight hours per day (split shift), seven days per week in-home assistance. I found their business model to be sound, their presentation and paperwork professional and their representatives to be friendly and most importantly, caring. We have really been impressed by the over-all performance of the company management and especially that of the care providers (Thank you Katherine!). As our patient has progressed, visiting Angels has demonstrated great flexibility in response to our reduced need. At this time we now anticipate utilizing their services at three days per week indefinitely, and would re-engage for more coverage without hesitation as may be necessary. I highly recommend Visiting Angels!

Have used services of Visiting Angels over past three years for chronically Ill, disabled husband. Services are consistently excellent. Staff are knowledgeable, good communicators, compassionate. They receive excellent supervision and training. This agency always makes attempts to find staff if there is a planned or unplanned absence. I would highly recommend their services for assistance with home care. I am a registered nurse and express this appreciation from both my personal and professional background.

We have used Visiting Angels now for just over 10 years for my husband’s Mom and Dad. They have been so very helpful and we could not do it all without them. Home care service is very personal and it does take time to find the right fit for your family members. Just be patient and communicate your needs and be involved. We started slow and built up over time and now we have care for 12 hours a day for them. We have a couple of regular caregivers that we now consider part of the family. We are very happy with their service!

I have been employed with Visiting Angels for nearly 5 years now as a caregiver and presently an Education and Retention Coordinator! They are truly the best home care assistance agency in the Central Coast. Visiting Angels and staff including Koh Stubbe are throughly professional and compassionate in their interactions with their clients. Moreover, they are responsive when a clients needs change and their services have to be adapted to meet the clients needs. The best in the business!
