The door handle that has literally been falling off for 6 years - officially fixed thanks to Benedict. He is professional, knowledgeable, helpful and fairly priced. So grateful for local skills and businesses that are 5 star.

I am so thankful to have been in contact with Brass Key locksmith. We were camping and locked ourselves out of our RV. Brass key showed up in under 30 min and was able to get us in our camper and even made us spare keys. Great service, and super nice to work with.

I have used Brass key for myself and my clients multiple timesIm that person who has a lot of things going at onceRunning an animal rescue and working full time ...volunteering in the community.. I can get a bit scattered and unfortunately I have been know to lose my wallet, keys, etc lolI lost a set of keys and Brass key made new ones ... then I lost my wallet and my friend needed to pay the bill and the tech was super sweet and Patient lolHe even helped me take a pic of a rescue dog ... yayy haha thank you Brass key!! George and one of his colleagues helped me figure out how to remove an older Emtek locking doorknob. George took the time to work from photos I took and one doorknob to find the correct schematics and coach me through the removal. Then, with all the parts in front of his colleague they sold me the correct replacement part for $13.50 vs. a service call and new doorknob that would have been about $165.00. This is not the first time these folks have helped me achieve the best solution, even though it turns out to be less revenue for them. I have also made bigger purchases with them and because of all this, I trust them implicitly and will be back. Thanks!

My car key was worn out, so I went to Brass Key Locksmith to get a replacement. The service was great, and it took them under an hour to have it ready. The cost wasnt bad either.

Came here after Ace the unhelpful hardware place refused to cut keys with my Honda blanks still sealed in the original packaging. These guys where not only SUPER helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, and awesome, but where quite reasonably priced as well. It was a delightful experience. Can not recommend them enough! Best prices anywhere near Santa Cruz. The key for my cars cargo rack broke in the lock. They fixed it for way less then everyone else. Less than half the price of the nearest lowest quote in the area.

Andrew from Brass Key came and spent a couple of hours working onsite. Our six doors used to all be on different keys - now theyre all on the same key! He also adjusted the location of a deadbolt strike plate so that the bolt could be closed and unlocked a piece of furniture that had locked itself during the moving process. Andrew was friendly, professional,wore a mask and was mindful of social distancing as soon as he was asked. Hopefully we wont need their services again, but I would happily use them if needed!

Just after purchasing a home in Bonny Doon, we ask Brass Key Locksmith to come out and rekey our door locks. About an hour later one of their vans showed up and within minutes we had all new keys. Very fast, efficient, and courteous locksmiths. Thank you.
